Here's an edited version: Very bad experience at this outlet. Especially when I made the purchase, there was no queue and no other customers at all. So I don't see why my drink was delayed and the person after me got their drink first. One of the staff members appeared to be a trainee, kept needing the help of another female staff member to assist him, and showed no sense of initiative to check the orders when the queue was kind of getting longer. Really very bad service.

I think the opening time should change to 11am instead of 10am. I arrived at 10:45am and waited until 10:55am. There was a staff member inside, busy cleaning the fruit. As I could see, she didn't have enough time to do mise en place since she was only one person. However, she didn't say anything even though I kept calling out to her. This is quite disappointing, as I stop by here sometimes and order a boost before going to work. Would I come back again? Maybe. I will check which staff is working first before I place an order.

Title: "Terrible Service: Rude and Unprofessional Attitude" I recently had an unfortunate experience at Boost, and I must say, the service was utterly appalling. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that the staff, particularly our server, lacked even the basic understanding of hospitality.

First, the drinks are not healthy. If you are looking for fresh juice, you might have a better chance at a supermarket. Second, service is extremely slow, even with a self-order machine. Three staff yet all moving slowly and gossiping while making drinks. Nothing wrong with it, but it gets frustrating if you stop doing your job. I'm sure you can talk and make drinks at the same time.

Tbh, Boost just sucks now. Don't bother. My watermelon juice was tasteless because it was mostly rind, not fruit. I paid 50 cents more for the less ice option. However, once the ice blended into what was barely any fruit and mostly rind, the result was absolutely tasteless.

I've realized for a long time that this particular outlet is short of manpower. Even when I visit rarely, it's still the same. I don't know why. Raffles City shopping center is a busy mall, especially at certain times. Why is it so hard to have more manpower? Every time I order, even when the order is ready for collection, I still need to wait at least 5-10 minutes whenever I arrive at this outlet. Please look into this matter seriously 😓😓. The cashier was terrible. I waited a long time for my order, and then found out I had been skipped 4 times. I asked about my turn. She just replied "not done yet" with an unfriendly attitude. I waited for a while, and after almost half an hour, I had to follow up with another worker. She still didn't take my order. I was the first one there, but waited longer than anyone else. Only the male worker rushed to do it and apologized in a friendly manner. The other staff were terrible, and I will not use this branch again if I encounter these employees. No wonder the review rating is low. Very bad.

I've been to this outlet a few times; today I went again. Personally, I feel the Boost they prepared lacks taste compared to the other outlet I've been to. The ice is not crushed properly, and the drinks they prepare always taste so bland. The service staff there also always have grumpy faces; just seeing them makes me grumpy too.

Today, around 8 PM, a Chinese lady abused the Indian girl working there by calling her stupid! The staff are sincerely trying to meet all the customers' orders. I hope the management will look into this and protect and defend the staff.

I came at around 1 PM and ordered an All Berry Bang, despite having plenty of orders ahead of me. Kudos to the staff working alone! I believe her name is Leeny. She was able to serve us all within a few minutes and still kept up with drink consistency. Thank you, Leeny!
