I had the pleasure of meeting Emily during the Breitling launch event on a yacht. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. With her help, I found the perfect watch. Emily also arranged for me to pick it up at the boutique the following week, and the process was smooth and perfectly organized. Great eye-catching location, and an excellent atmosphere created by the boutique's decor. Andelin knew exactly what I was looking for even though I got the name of the watch wrong. She also helped check for stock of the correct combination of watch and bracelet and transferred it over for me to try on, which eventually convinced me to buy. I am very happy wearing the watch now, thanks to her professional attitude and service!

Picked up the Top Time B01 Martini from Breitling, and a big shoutout to Nicholas for making the whole experience such a pleasure. He was patient, incredibly welcoming, and really took the time to walk us through everything without any pressure. What stood out most was how he went the extra mile to help us secure this limited piece. You can tell he genuinely cares and takes pride in what he does. I bought this watch at the Raffles Shopping Mall boutique. Nicholas was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the mechanisms of various watch categories. My first choice was a Navitimer, but it was too big for my wrist, and Nicholas shared this timepiece with me. I love it because I am a car lover, and the watch face just attracts me! Wearing a timepiece that speaks to me is more important than its value. Thank you, Nicholas, for your exceptional and exemplary service!
