I find this place very relaxing; the service is unintrusive and the environment is clean (minimalist?). Getting a table could be hard during busy hours, but in general, there's no issue finding a table; you could always do some shopping while waiting. The service staff are very obliging. I always come here for afternoon tea, where you'll find nice drinks and sweets.

I wish everything didn't have wheat in them! However, they are tasty! I thought the pork and lion’s mane mushrooms were delicious. I wish the rice was actually whole grain, and not mostly white rice with just a bit of whole grain. I personally don’t like foods that are too acidic, so the tofu kelp salad and pork were my favorites. Overall, it was relatively healthy with vegetables.

Service staff are amazing and friendly. Giving a 1 star because they removed the 4-deli set and force you to take a hijiki or onsen egg. Seriously?! BRING BACK THE 4-DELI SET!!! 🥲😭😢

The food is tasty and has interesting flavours. However, at $30 for a set like this, and with the halibut being a tiny piece, you tell me if it’s worth it. The service definitely made the whole experience all the worse. The first staff member (a younger Chinese lady) asked something under her breath which I couldn’t hear. I asked her to please repeat herself three times, but she ignored me. After which she roughly placed an egg or seaweed on the tray, pointed, asking me to choose. Such a bad attitude. The cashier lady was pretty rude as well. Overall, all the service staff weren't welcoming at all, except for the boy and the staff at the seating area.

Remember to first get a seat, then queue to order food. That's their system.
We ordered two deli sets and three deli sets, and when you add a drink, your dessert is 50% off.
I wish they had deli sets with more hot dishes than cold dishes to choose from.

Would have given 5 stars if the chicken weren't so fatty and skin-on. Portions were also small and not filling. Consistency also varied depending on the server. That said, the food is very tasty. Get the sakura miso chicken if you don't mind skin. Prawns in the salad were crunchy, fresh, and amazing. Plenty of seats at 12 noon on a weekday. SGD 16.80 for 1 hot deli and 2 cold deli items. SGD 20.80 for 2 hot and 2 cold deli items. No GST, no service charge. I would revise to 5 stars if portions were a bit bigger.

Love the food here!! Carrot cumin soup is a must-have; I really wish Muji would sell it in packets, but sadly they don't. Unfortunately, prices have risen recently; the 3-set deli is now over $20. The staff tend to mumble, and some get upset when you don't understand what they're asking. The ordering process is a little complicated, so I wish the staff would be more patient.
P.S. If it's your birthday month, you can use a 15% off voucher!

Love the deli sets – great value for money. Quality is great.
However, the staff at the food section is not friendly and always sounds impatient. It's very hard to hear them because they wear masks, and they are very impatient when they have to repeat what they said. I always feel pressure when ordering the food. Their body language is always very impatient.
My friends also have the same experience.

Good place to have a meal. Prices were slightly higher, however the dishes were decent and portions were generous.
I rated the atmosphere 3 stars. There are some noisy guests who'd rather talk than enjoy their meal here. The hospitality here is good, but you have to queue twice for the table.
The carrot soup is a favourite, and I must come back for the rice and the deli set!

The overall dining experience was fair, minus the cold food. Verdict: Not worth the hype.
We always order one set of 4-DELI to share. The 4-DELI set includes 2-HOT DELI and 2-COLD DELI items.
Today, we ordered the same. We're unsure why they are labeled as ‘HOT DELI’ since they are 100% room temperature food, i.e., not hot. The 'HOT DELI' items were:
1. Kohi Pork & King Oyster Mushrooms
2. Spinach Chicken Patty Fennel Orange
For the COLD DELI, we opted for:
3. Thick Omelette with Japanese style mushrooms
4. Kelp & Beancurd skin Hijiki Salad
Seriously, it's quite a turn-off eating 'HOT DELI' items that are already cold. The Kohi pork was tasty, but the meat had been sliced too thin and was a tad too hard.
In my humble opinion, this fusion-style MUJI menu is a tad too refined and 'cold' for me, especially when I'm looking for a hot deli meal.
We all liked the Iced Lychee Rose Tea, though.
