No reservations allowed, dining time limited to 1 hour, and we waited about 40 minutes.
The restaurant is very close to the MRT station, making it super convenient to get to. There were a lot of customers even during off-peak hours, and we ended up sharing a table with others due to the crowd.
Overall, it’s a cozy spot to experience once if you're in the area. The food was decent and portions were reasonable.
🦑 Calamari Fritti
Light and crispy, not too greasy. A good starter to share.
🍕 Tartuto e Funghi Pizza
Rich truffle aroma with earthy mushrooms, paired with a nicely chewy crust.
🍕 Diavola Pizza
A little spicy, flavorful salami with melty cheese — very satisfying for spice lovers.
🍝 Vongole Linguine
Fresh, juicy clams with pasta cooked al dente. The broth was light, clean, and flavorful.
🥟 Ravioli Alla Zucca
Sweet pumpkin filling with a creamy but not overly rich sauce. A comforting dish.
🍰 Tiramisu
Classic and well-balanced — fluffy mascarpone, coffee-soaked sponge, and a nice cocoa touch.
🍮 Panna Cotta
Smooth texture, but the flavor was quite standard compared to the other dishes.
We originally wanted to order two more main dishes but due to the time limit, the staff kindly informed us that we had to vacate the table. It was a pity as we would have loved to try more!

I wasn’t ready to believe the hype, but this pizza was truly amazing. It was light and fresh but had that pleasant saturation you get from eating pizza without feeling bloated or dirty. The ravioli was also great: simple, tasty, just the way I like it. During lunchtime, it can get very crowded, but outside of that time, it’s very doable. Prices are also reasonable.

Decided to try this place after hearing good reviews. Did not have much of a queue as I came for a late lunch.
Ordered a Margherita pizza and beef cheek pappardelle. The pizza had a thin base with rich tomato sauce and was aromatic. The crust was light and fluffy, with a pleasant aroma from the oven.
The pasta was flavorful, with a good serving of beef cheek. The pasta was handmade, with a firm texture. The tomatoes were fresh and added a refreshing element to the dish overall.
Service was quick, though the staff were quick to remind about dining time. Overall, a good experience for authentic Italian cuisine.

Queuing for more than an hour for a restaurant is not usually my way, yet I decided to make a trip down to Casa Vostra after browsing through their menu. On a Thursday night, we started queuing at 6 PM and finally got seated by 7:50 PM. It was longer than what I expected, and I was tired of waiting, but ultimately, everything was worth it the moment we received our food.
Although located in Raffles City, we received 'hotel's restaurant' standard service. They take down your name while you're queuing and ask about preferences, for example, whether an outside seat or a sharing table is okay. The time limit is 60 minutes, but food is served quickly after the order is placed. So we still had ample time to truly enjoy all the dishes. The pizza dough is great! The clear mushroom soup is made with consommé instead of a mushroom cream soup. This restaurant serves mainly pasta and pizza, and they really do a very good job!
If you simply look at the price tag, it's not considered cheap, but the quality of the food and service is indeed worthy of every single penny I spent.
I heard from the outlet manager that they are going to open new outlets at Tampines Mall and JEM. I'm happy that we can get such nice pasta and pizza more easily.
We were supposed to leave by 8:50 PM, but we were a bit behind the time limit and left the restaurant at 9 PM+, and there was still a queue.

Now I finally get the hype! This place doesn't take reservations and is usually packed, but we got lucky showing up around 5:30 PM — we waited less than 10 minutes and were seated.
The handmade pasta was chef's kiss — you can truly taste the freshness and care in every bite. The pizza? Absolutely bursting with flavor, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh.
And the meatballs... wow. You can taste the love of an Italian nonna in there. Comforting, rich, and made with heart.
Highly, highly recommend — especially if you can beat the queue!
