I was really disappointed with the customer service. I went to buy a perfume for my mom’s birthday, but no sales assistant came to assist me. Consequently, I decided not to purchase anything. Instead, I went to the Dior store next door, where I received excellent service and a detailed explanation about their products. Ultimately, I made my purchase there.

Not standard service. I was told I could exchange a broken brush as long as I brought back the item to show them. But then I was told they do not have this service.

I visited on January 26, 2025 (Thursday) at 3 PM for a makeup service attended by Jasling Chua. What was expected to be a 15-minute session turned out to be 50 minutes, and I was briefed on the focus of the tutorial (eyeshadow, with replication on one eye). I also had other portions of face makeup done for me. Each product and step was explained clearly to me, including tips on application. I've learned more and hope I can remember them. I've drawn out a chart from memory, but it's been five days, so I already don't know if it's correct or accurate anymore. Even if it is, I think the quality of execution and application techniques will still largely be dependent on individual experience (mine is low because I only put makeup on from time to time). I didn't buy any products as I wanted to check if I have similar ones at home (yes, I do for some) and didn't want to end up with extra products, because I already use my current ones so sparsely. Thank you for the guidance and patience, nevertheless.
