I just wasted my valuable time in here. I was considering my first Diptyque purchase, switching from Trudon, and deciding which scent I'd like to buy, having invested time in it, only to be told that three of the items I was interested in, and which were on display, were actually out of stock! And even more candles turned out to be out of stock. If you want to avoid disappointment, it's better to indicate that upfront or take the displays away, but this poor show does not encourage a return visit.

I came here to refill my empty bottle, but the staff were unfriendly and looked tired, with no passion for their work. Usually, I receive a sample, but when I asked, he told me they had run out. Overall, the experience was neither welcoming nor friendly. I also wanted to record the refill process, but he didn't seem to care and did it behind the counter, so I couldn't record it properly. In this day and age, and considering the price tag, please be more polite and friendly.

Great hospitality by Gin as always. She’s polite, patient, and so warm. She’s really professional in introducing and recommending the scents and perfumes. I will look for her every time when I want to purchase some gifts for my clients, and I also love to see her updates on all the new collections and mall promotions at RedBook. 👍

I had a great experience at Diptyque Raffles City thanks to Diya. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain the fragrance I was interested in. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made the whole process very comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for great service and expert fragrance advice, she’s one of the greatest assistants!

SA Diya deserves 5 stars for her excellent services and recommendations. She is friendly and very patient when explaining products, not pushy at all. I’ve been coming back to the store for my purchases, and I’ve been impressed by Diya’s services so far. I’m very happy with my recent purchase of the full set of city candles and perfumes, which included complimentary delivery. Diya ensured the products were wrapped nicely and packed well. Thanks for the wonderful shopping experience at RC Diptyque! Updates - another wonderful purchase of the lovely summer essentials box!
