I would give it zero stars and never return. I've never experienced such a doctor before, who said I asked too many questions and spent longer than typical patients! Unbelievable! We pay money; don't we have the right to ask as many questions and stay as long as we want? Please, doctor, your time is not the only precious time. Your job is to give assurance to patients, not to brush off their questions and want them to leave ASAP. Future patients, take note.

The price is ridiculously high. I had a clogged ear after swimming. The doctor said it was earwax and needed to be cleaned. The whole procedure took 10 minutes and was nothing complicated, just an ear syringe with warm water. I didn't have insurance, and I was ready to pay, but not such a huge amount of money for such an easy diagnosis and procedure. The doctor charged me 300 SGD.
I recommend you find another doctor, and don't give them even a cent.

Worst customer service ever from the know-it-all receptionists (especially the aunty). They seemed pretty lost and flustered, yet they tried to cover it up by pushing the blame to the customers.
The MC that was given to me had the wrong date, and she conveniently pushed the blame to me by saying that I should’ve told her before she printed it out.
Also, after reminding her that there was a co-payment, she thanked me for highlighting it to them sarcastically. Just a bunch of self-entitled veteran employees! 🤢

I met Dr. Singh a few months back regarding a skin condition, and he was bang on with the diagnosis. He is an excellent doctor and can be trusted implicitly. I am only giving one star because he has the rudest female staff who talk like loose cannons and are really cold, blunt, and curt with patients. They have little realization that their behavior is hurting Dr. Singh’s image, as most patients don't get to experience his intelligence and expertise. The first and foremost impression, created by such ruthless staff, is hurtful and annoying.

I asked if they could test me for influenza. The receptionist responded by asking if I wanted the jab for influenza, so I told her, “No, I just want to test if I have influenza.” She responded, “Yes, we have the test,” but when I went all the way there, the doctor said they didn't have it. Later, after the doctor asked the receptionist why she told me such a thing, she came and accused me of never asking... I’m sick and tired. And the receptionist didn't even apologize. The other Chinese receptionist told me that it was a miscommunication, but if it was a miscommunication, why couldn't she just admit it and say she was sorry, instead of coming and flipping her story and justifying her own actions?

Doctor Sorinder Singh is the best. He is empathetic, has great knowledge and experience, and has a good network of specialists he can refer you to. Go in the mornings to get him as your GP.

I visited this clinic for the first time and had a really good experience, from the counter staff to the doctor. Dr. Singh was very calm and assuring. If you’re in the area and need to see a doc, I highly recommend it.

My family and I have been visiting Dr. Singh for the last 10 years. He is an old-school doctor who listens to you and does not over-medicate. He is calm and keeps you calm as well. We need more doctors like him.

I have been going to Dr. Singh for over 10 years, and his knowledge and understanding are the best in Singapore. I have recommended many people to him, and they all have the same thoughts about his medical knowledge, his compassion, and his consistently accurate diagnoses and treatments.
I would give him a 10 if we could.
Highly recommended to anyone in need of a great doctor.

Excellent general practitioner – I can honestly recommend this doctor.
I've been there twice now, even without an appointment, and always received impeccable personal and medical treatment. The doctor is interested in your medical history, explains his findings, seems highly competent, does not rush through examinations, and is very friendly.
I agree that the front staff could be a bit friendlier, but I definitely cannot support the one-star ratings.

I am trying to balance some of the super negative comments here; I hope this review can give some perspective. You can see from my previous reviews that I am very descriptive and I give reasons why I think this place deserves the stars it has received.
I have been with Dr Singh for 13 years since I first arrived in Singapore in 2009. His practice was downstairs from my first workplace, and I continue to go to his clinic even after moving to other offices and companies not located next to his practice. All this time, he has had the same receptionist/nurse/assistant.
They are curt and to the point; yes, that's true. But I think it’s just a Singapore 'auntie' thing. They remember me, are quite descriptive and stern when showing me the medicines, and even provide medical advice.
Dr. Singh (the older doctor who works mostly in the mornings) is the friendliest doctor I have met. He remembers everything about me: my habits, where I come from, my allergies (yes, that's his job), and other details. He is kind. He has been present during all my medical 'drama': surgeries, medical emergencies, and embarrassing medical conditions.
He has other doctors working with him, but I don't like them as much as I like him. He speaks with a soft voice and laughs wholeheartedly.
I give this 5 stars because they are not a huge franchise branch that changes doctors all the time. They don't recommend only hospitals related to their outlet just because they have to (which often don't have good specialists); instead, they recommend the best specialists and are frank when they cannot help. They have provided care for me for 13 years, and I have stayed in tip-top shape because of them. The assistants are curt and to the point, but they do their job and have not failed to provide the service (they are not a restaurant, so don't expect waiter service) that a health provider should.

I am surprised to find the rating is so low for this clinic, as I have been recommending Dr. Singh to my colleagues. His receptionists can be a bit hard-edged when speaking to patients, but if you can look beyond that, they are quite helpful. Dr. Singh himself is kind and empathetic to his patients. He always solves my problems.

I have been seeing Dr. Singh for many years. He is a very good doctor, and he won't recommend any additional treatment unless he thinks it is necessary. He is so far the only GP who I can fully trust. I understand sometimes his counter staff may be quite direct, but if you visit them long enough, they are actually okay. Whenever I need to see Dr. Singh, I tell my colleague that I am going to visit my favorite doctor. :)

Here's the edited review:
This is my go-to clinic, covered by NTUC insurance (a common type of school/work insurance). The female doctor is a motherly figure, and I feel very safe and comfortable talking to her. The receptionists are not the most friendly, but they get the job done. The clinic tends to be quiet with no long waits, even though it's in a central area. I cannot comment on the price, as mine is covered by insurance, but I understand that costs can be high in the CBD.
