I am trying to balance some of the super negative comments here; I hope this review can give some perspective. You can see from my previous reviews that I am very descriptive and I give reasons why I think this place deserves the stars it has received. I have been with Dr Singh for 13 years since I first arrived in Singapore in 2009. His practice was downstairs from my first workplace, and I continue to go to his clinic even after moving to other offices and companies not located next to his practice. All this time, he has had the same receptionist/nurse/assistant. They are curt and to the point; yes, that's true. But I think itβs just a Singapore 'auntie' thing. They remember me, are quite descriptive and stern when showing me the medicines, and even provide medical advice. Dr. Singh (the older doctor who works mostly in the mornings) is the friendliest doctor I have met. He remembers everything about me: my habits, where I come from, my allergies (yes, that's his job), and other details. He is kind. He has been present during all my medical 'drama': surgeries, medical emergencies, and embarrassing medical conditions. He has other doctors working with him, but I don't like them as much as I like him. He speaks with a soft voice and laughs wholeheartedly. I give this 5 stars because they are not a huge franchise branch that changes doctors all the time. They don't recommend only hospitals related to their outlet just because they have to (which often don't have good specialists); instead, they recommend the best specialists and are frank when they cannot help. They have provided care for me for 13 years, and I have stayed in tip-top shape because of them. The assistants are curt and to the point, but they do their job and have not failed to provide the service (they are not a restaurant, so don't expect waiter service) that a health provider should. Recommended!
