I was there on September 13th, around 8:40 PM. Staff told us that they were closing in 10 minutes. Nothing wrong with that, but they were extremely rude and unpleasant. A disappointing experience.

If I could give a 0-star review, I totally would. The manager of the store was the most inflexible I'd ever seen in my life. She was unable to tend to customers' needs or work around the system to provide a good shopping experience. A simple request for an item transfer could not even be done, and the procedure had to be delayed. This will be my one and only time shopping at this outlet. Never again.

Visited the outlet, which recently relocated to the new wing. Pardon me for not writing this earlier. I intended to write this review on the same night I patronized the store, but Google Reviews indicated this store (I presume it meant the former premise near Nespresso) had closed permanently that night. Anyway, I recalled it was about an hour before the store closed when I entered, and there was no other customer in the store, as the new wing is rather quiet. The two staff did not attend to me. When I wanted to reach out to try on the dress that was hanging above my arm's reach, none of the staff bothered to attend to me. When I walked over to politely request help, the staff in a fuchsia jacket went over unwillingly. I do like Forever New's designs, but the sizes are hit or miss. While I couldn't fit into size L of the floral dress (which was a regular-price item) that I liked, I was able to fit into another dress in size S which was on discount (and I remembered the price after discount was $135). I wonder what had gotten into the staff when I happened to browse the rack of dresses which were on sale, as I just wanted to look for a floral design since I couldn't fit into the regular-price one anyway. She gave me a look as if I was not welcome to browse there. I still ended up paying for a top that I liked, and she just packed it without the basic courtesy of even saying "thank you." As I was walking out, there were two more mature ladies who came in and started comparing the dresses. And I noticed the staff also didn't attend to them. I guess I'd rather try the other Forever New outlet at Wisma if I want to purchase your company's clothes again.

Rudest staff among the Singapore branches. Both the two plus-size staff members and the anorexic-looking one (who was the only staff member in the store today, September 28th) are the most ungracious and unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered at Forever New. These people should not be in customer service with this attitude, as it ruins everyone’s day. Based on other reviews, these ungracious staff members are quite consistent.

I agree 100% with those who comment on the rudeness of the staff. My daughter was seeking help with the sizing of a dress she intended to buy. To my surprise, the staff member she approached gave her a very unpleasant look and attitude (i.e., looking down). I believe she should be ashamed of herself, and she should be removed if the boss wants to keep their business running.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! You might ask why? Apart from a good range of high-quality dresses, the sales consultant, Joanne (or Joan), literally SAVED my life and prevented me from losing my job. I had a very unpleasant morning where I needed a dress early in the morning, even before shops opened. I was about to get in trouble when this angel saved my day. I'm sharing this story because many of us work with clients every day, and having empathy and a good heart can make a difference for someone. Be kind – be Joanne! Haha. Kindness shall never be forgotten. This is the kind of place I will come to again. Have a good day to all. (P.S. My apologies to the sales consultant if I spelled your name wrong.)

They do have some nice clothes and dresses for the ladies, but it's largely been a hit or miss for my partner during the couple of times we've visited a Forever New outlet. Either that, or the prices for the clothes are a bit of a mismatch. We tried a few pieces, but the cut and design were somewhat off for my partner's body type. That said, the saving grace was that the store assistant stayed a little past closing hours, just because we were still in the store. Thanks for having us, team!
