The ladies there are all very friendly and helpful. They even provided free delivery service when our framed picture had defects. Thereafter, they also followed up with a phone call to make sure all was fine. Good after-sales service, well done! Will visit again if we want to print another picture.

On Saturday, October 26, 2024, I visited the store to determine the right print size for my frame. The long-haired lady initially appeared friendly, but her assistance was minimal and inauthentic. Rather than offering any guidance, she simply directed me to a size chart and mentioned a $1 charge for custom sizes. As the adjustments were minor, I told her I would do the trimming myself.
I eventually opted for a 6R print, but when the prints were ready, there was no support with trimming. When I asked to use the paper cutter to cut it myself, my request was denied, and I was only sarcastically offered scissors as an alternative. I was informed that any trimming service would now cost an additional $2 and no longer $1.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, with little to no support provided. Given the limited value added by the staff, automation might be a more efficient solution.

Initially, I was a little worried about going there to print some documents after seeing the previous reviews, but I had EXCELLENT service from a bob-haired lady in glasses. She had a few customers in the store and apologized to each one for the wait. She was expertly multi-tasking to serve all 4 of us at the same time. I needed to print a coloured document on my own paper, and she took the initiative to test out one for me first before I committed to the rest. I will surely be coming back for my other document or photo needs.

The store has a multi-copier, laminator, and cutter. I wanted to copy and laminate my menu in a hurry. The lady assisted me with laminating and cutting. Her work was quick and great. Thank you so much for her excellent support.
