Bought some shirts and polo shirts on sale and was initially quite happy with the purchases. However, on closer inspection, I found that one of the polo shirts had defects (see photos). I returned to the store, but they refused to refund, exchange, or even give store credit. Very bad QC and customer service. Buyers beware.

Dropped by G2000 to find a white shirt for my fiancé. I was pleasantly served by Amir, who was extremely polite and approachable. He was very proactive in approaching us and helping us find a suitable white shirt. He was able to explain all the different kinds of designs and materials before we made our decision. When my fiancé requested to wear the shirt immediately upon purchase, without being asked, Amir offered to steam it first. At the checkout, he shared quick product care tips for the shirt. All in all, G2000 is extremely blessed to have him as an employee. I’m truly impressed by his service.

I've been to many G2000 stores, and none of them have had good attitudes or services so far. I have been shopping at G2000 for years, and this is the best experience I have received thus far. A young boy and a female staff member, working around 5 PM today, served us and a few other customers in the store very well, even though there were only two of them. Both were very knowledgeable, had good eyes, and were very patient and professional. It’s rare to receive such genuine service in retail stores these days 👍🏻👍🏻…

I came with my dad to this G2000 branch about a week ago to purchase a suit for him. We were attended by Amir, who provided top-notch customer service. He spoke to us politely and attended to my dad patiently, advising us on a suitable suit before taking his measurements for alteration. He provided the same level of impeccable service when I dropped by to pick up the altered suit. My dad has yet to try the suit, but Amir's service impressed me so much that I feel compelled to write this review. Great job, Amir, and I do hope your manager sees this.

Here to commend Amir for his excellent service! I was greeted by his friendly smile and acknowledgement the moment I entered the store. When I asked to try 2 sizes of the same blouse, he took the time to unbutton ALL the buttons on the blouses. When I came out and asked if the fit was ok, he was quick and sharp, telling me the length of the sleeve was a tad long for me but overall, it was well-fitted, shoulder-wise, etc. He also showed great product knowledge, knowing the available colours of the top and how a shirt should fit on someone. I did not want to pay for a bag, but he carefully folded my top and placed it in a clear plastic bag. He even offered me a seat while he handled my top with care. Mind you, the item was on sale. I did not expect to be treated like a VIP. I am very impressed with his service and the overall attitude of the staff here. The other two ladies were friendly and helpful too! 👏🏼

I love their suits, which are machine washable — great for busy executives. Overall, I love how flexible their textiles feel. I personally feel that G2000 is doing great with their casual looks, but they can afford to explore more with them. I’d love to see more!

Fathullah’s service is exceptional – from the moment we walked in, he was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products in store. He patiently walked me through the shirt and pant fits, and was super friendly. Walked out with 2 shirts and 2 pants, including alterations. Waaaaaay better than some of these other places in the building 🙄

Here's the lightly edited review: Great shopping experience. The staff knew at a glance what size would fit my fiancé better. They were willing to go an extra mile to find what we needed. I want to encourage hardworking service personnel, especially given the often substandard service environment. Update (28 Oct 2024): Fatullah served us when we first came, and when he learned we were facing issues, he offered the best service and support possible. I really appreciate what he did. I recommend looking for him when you're here!

As someone with zero knowledge about suits, I was fortunate to be assisted by their Suit Specialist, Diva. Diva impressed me with his extensive product knowledge and experience. He recommended a full set—suit, shirt, pants, tie, and belt—that fit me perfectly and stayed within my budget, with minimal back and forth. He took the time to explain the superior quality of the items he suggested and how they offered excellent value for money compared to other options. What stood out most was Diva’s friendly and professional approach. He made the entire process smooth and pleasant, guiding me through suit alterations and even sharing helpful product care tips. I am truly grateful for such a seamless experience. Highly recommend asking for Diva if you’re looking for tailored advice and excellent service!

Staff is very friendly. The **store** gives me a very welcoming vibe. You don’t feel the pressure to check out **faster** and walk out. Great on the rebranding of G2000 from the formal style we know of. In addition, they now have a smart casual clothing selection for less formal business meetings as well. I can see that the brand definitely **draws** inspiration from modern tech **CEOs** who don’t put on suits and ties **every day**, even **as** CEOs. A brand that moves with **the** times!
