I went for AFT Brazilian and underarm treatments. What used to be an hour-long session took only 25 minutes today. It felt like the treatment was rushed.
I also noticed the instruments for waxing were haphazardly displayed. The tweezers were left in the open, and there was a strand of hair from an earlier session left on a tissue. The hot pot for wax looked like it had never been cleaned, with stains all around it. This made me wonder if they thoroughly clean the other equipment.
Throughout the whole process, the therapist kept talking at me to sign up for more packages. I was rather keen initially but felt the treatment wasn't up to standard, so I decided not to. When I told the front desk of my intention not to renew, she actually rolled her eyes at me.
Strip used to be so good, but I feel the standard has fallen way off. This is very sad and disappointing.
