Very rude and unprofessional staff. I went to buy shoes for my daughter, and they refused to bring different sizes and spoke in Malay about us. When they realized we were local, their tone suddenly changed. We like Geox and ended up buying the shoes, but we will not be returning to this outlet.

I once bought five pairs of flats at once, but I guess it would have been better to get them overseas tax-free, as the after-sales service is non-existent.

I visited this store over the past couple of weeks, first looking for a shoe, and then returning to try a size they brought over from another store. On both occasions, I was served by the female shop assistant. She was very helpful and had a great attitude. I didn't end up buying anything, but she was understanding and maintained her great attitude throughout. I also visited another GEOX store recently and received unpleasant service from a frowning assistant. The next time I buy GEOX shoes, I'd come back here in a heartbeat. And hopefully, she will still be around!

Brenda Hiu Ai Choo served us, and she was excellent at explaining the various Geox shoes, specials on offer, and should be acknowledged for her superior customer service to international visitors.
