The stylist (female with short hair) had a very bad communication attitude, and when I told her what to cut, she sounded very rude and disrespectful. I will never visit this outlet again!

I've been here a few times before and thought it was decent, but they seem to change staff way too quickly. Yesterday, I encountered the worst hairdresser of my life there. She had no skills and no experience. I will resent her until my hair grows long enough for me to get a new hairstyle.

Have cut my hair here several times. They are quite efficient and fast. However, the final haircut is sometimes nice, sometimes just average, or not quite right, especially when it's crowded. On weekdays, from 6-7 pm onwards, there are also quite a number of office people here for a haircut.

I have been to many QB House outlets. By far, the hairdresser (Devon, according to the receipt) today provided the best service. A few other customers were ahead of me, and I noticed she was polite and professional to every customer she was serving. When it was my turn, I noticed she asked and listened to customer requirements. Throughout the haircut, she was very professional and did her job with passion. She is truly an asset to the company.

I went for a haircut by stylist Fran Teh at 7:55 PM on a Tuesday during mid-month. The salon was empty, and I was the only customer. I mentioned my request, but Fran suggested something else that sounded better. The end product was good; the slope or fade looked natural. It was quick too. Recommended. However, I'm not so sure about it when it's crowded, as there are negative reviews mentioning staff appearing stressed.

I highly recommend this place for neat and decent haircuts for men. Big shoutout to Vicky Aw! She understands my preferences and style, and she did a good job without much hassle to explain my style. She was extremely professional, and she gave good tips on keeping sideburns neat. She is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
