Outstanding service from staff member Siew Hui Hui, which led us to buy a pair each, even though we had no intention of purchasing anything when we first stepped into the shop! My mum, sister, and I were very impressed with Hui Hui's meticulousness and attention to detail. She is genuine and listens to customers actively. She goes the extra mile and is always ready to serve with a smile, not just on her face, but from her heart too. I will definitely return to this outlet to purchase shoes and will recommend my friends to patronize this Raffles City store because of the impeccable service from Hui Hui.

My wife and I had a great customer service experience at the GEOX Raffles City Shopping Centre some 2-3 weeks ago whilst we were on holidays in Singapore. Brenda Hiu Ai Choo served us, and she was excellent at explaining the various Geox shoes, specials on offer, and should be acknowledged for her superior customer service to international visitors. Keep up the great work!

Stepping into the shop, my first impression is its bright and welcoming ambiance, with a clean and thoughtfully arranged layout that makes browsing enjoyable and effortless. Products are well-merchandised, ensuring a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate space. I must single out Ms. Brenda, who stands out with her exceptional service, showcasing deep product knowledge and listening to customer needs. She is attentive without being overbearing, creating a comfortable shopping environment. I walked away with a pair of sneakers, feeling valued and well-cared for, and truly enjoyed the overall shopping experience.

Hui Hui was very helpful and gave honest feedback on the shoes I chose. If they didn't look good, she would say so and recommend another pair, and I ended up buying two pairs in the end. It was a great customer service experience, which I haven't received in SG for a long time.
