I recently visited Kiehl's and had a great experience with Johnson. He was very friendly and greeted me with a warm smile. He listened to what I needed and provided excellent recommendations. His knowledge about the products helped me make an informed decision. Even when I had a concern about a product, he patiently explained everything and ensured I was satisfied. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Johnson for anyone shopping at the Raffles City Kiehl's store!

I went for Kiehl's "Healthy Skin Analysis - Advanced" today. Although I made an appointment for it, the staff member said I could only do "a quick one." I said I was okay to wait and went back after 30 minutes. I have to say that the entire experience was completely disappointing. The same staff member assisted me. Sure, the scanning and imaging were done, which took less than 5 minutes. He then showed me the results without much explanation. I asked if that was all or if he recommended any product. He showed me a bunch of products that I could use for a basic skincare routine (which I was already doing). There was no explanation of why those particular products were recommended, nor any offer to let me try them. It felt like he didn't want to assist me in the first place (I'm not sure if it was because I was casually dressed). Or perhaps, he didn't think I would buy anything. But I really wanted to buy something. In the end, I bought a bunch of skincare products from Sephora, where the staff answered all my questions.

Visited Kiehl’s for skincare advice. The shop has a nice, clean aesthetic vibe, which was quite appealing. I was greeted by friendly staff, and the person who attended to me was very knowledgeable about skincare. She even did a skin analysis for me. She then recommended the type of products I should use and talked to me about the ingredients. It was a stress-free, relaxing shopping experience.
