Got the essential oil “frankincense” and found out that there **was** no fragrance even after doubling the quantity recommended on the packaging. Complete waste!

Their jojoba oil does not solidify under 10 degrees, tested by putting it in my freezer. Hence, it's not pure jojoba, probably mixed with other oils.

With kids around, I mainly just drip a few drops of the essential oil on Hinoki Aroma Balls (or equivalent) and throw them inside drawers and bags, pillows and bolsters, or collars and sleeves. I also use 10 drops on a glass of water, which allows natural evaporation through room temperature, just as we see a glass of water inside those window displays for jewelry.
Pure essential oils enable us to mix and get the personal fragrance we like, which is equivalent to the process of producing perfume but without adding any alcohol.
I first came across aromatherapy back in the 90s during window shopping, but it wasn't until the 2000s that I gained a better understanding of the benefits of each essential oil. You may also view diagrams, consolidated with the best of my knowledge, on the benefits of each different essential oil, uploaded to both Jacob Ballas Children's Garden and Far East Organisation Children's Garden on Google Maps.

I went in with my friends to check out a specific smell I saw from the display outside. I was so excited and curious when I went in. The salesperson was on her handphone, and then looked at us without any greeting. I asked her if I could smell the Eucalyptus reeds. She didn't even say hi and just pointed to the wall where I had to find the fragrance myself.
Oh well. Guess we didn't look like a good fit for buying from this shop.

I stepped into the shop at 8:30 PM on February 6th, 2024. The sales lady just sat still at the cashier, looking somewhere but not at me, the customer, at all. There was no greeting, no smiling face. She treated me as if I were invisible.
When I went forward to the essential oils and opened a tester, she still never cared to look at me and never cared to offer her help.
Then I asked her about a very strong smell in the shop, as I couldn't smell the essential oil I wanted to try at all. She gave me a "none of your business" kind of look and never said anything.
And I told her it was too strong and made the tester scentless after I tried it. She gave me a "who cares" kind of look and said she had just sprayed peppermint, asking if I was looking for anything.
I asked her if the shop was closing soon. She said yes.
And my watch showed 8:35 PM.
What amazing sales staff the shop has!
