Their jojoba oil does not solidify under 10 degrees, tested by putting it in my freezer. Hence, it's not pure jojoba, probably mixed with other oils.

I went in with my friends to check out a specific smell I saw from the display outside. I was so excited and curious when I went in. The salesperson was on her handphone, and then looked at us without any greeting. I asked her if I could smell the Eucalyptus reeds. She didn't even say hi and just pointed to the wall where I had to find the fragrance myself. Oh well. Guess we didn't look like a good fit for buying from this shop.

I stepped into the shop at 8:30 PM on February 6th, 2024. The sales lady just sat still at the cashier, looking somewhere but not at me, the customer, at all. There was no greeting, no smiling face. She treated me as if I were invisible. When I went forward to the essential oils and opened a tester, she still never cared to look at me and never cared to offer her help. Then I asked her about a very strong smell in the shop, as I couldn't smell the essential oil I wanted to try at all. She gave me a "none of your business" kind of look and never said anything. And I told her it was too strong and made the tester scentless after I tried it. She gave me a "who cares" kind of look and said she had just sprayed peppermint, asking if I was looking for anything. I asked her if the shop was closing soon. She said yes. And my watch showed 8:35 PM. What amazing sales staff the shop has!

Here are a few options, choose the one that best fits the desired level of formality: **Option 1 (Slightly more formal, clearer flow):** "Product is okay. My kid has used this baby powder for some time, but the lady at the counter was quite rude, which made for an unpleasant experience in the store." **Option 2 (Closer to original structure, minimal changes):** "Product is okay; my kid has used this baby powder for some time, but the lady at the counter was quite rude, making for an unpleasant experience in the store." **Key changes made and why:** * **"for sometimes"** changed to **"for some time"**: Corrects the idiom for duration. * **"in the counter"** changed to **"at the counter"**: Correct preposition for location. * **"made unpleasant experience"** changed to **"made for an unpleasant experience"** or **"making for an unpleasant experience"**: Adds necessary articles and prepositions for grammatical correctness and clarity. * **"in store"** changed to **"in the store"**: Adds the definite article for natural phrasing. * **"is quite rude"** changed to **"was quite rude"**: Past tense aligns better with "made for an unpleasant experience." * **Semicolon/Period:** Adjusted for better sentence separation between the product review and the service complaint. Option 1 uses a period for clearer separation, Option 2 keeps the semicolon but improves the flow of the second clause.

Online purchases are available, while the showroom is for us to confirm the fragrance we like personally. Membership is linked to our mobile number. I've been a member since 2010. Information on seasonal promotions is also available on Facebook. With kids around, I mainly just drip a few drops of the essential oil on Hinoki Aroma Balls (or equivalent) and throw them inside drawers and bags, pillows and bolsters, or collars and sleeves. I also use 10 drops on a glass of water, which allows natural evaporation through room temperature, just as we see a glass of water inside those window displays for jewelry. Pure essential oils enable us to mix and get the personal fragrance we like, which is equivalent to the process of producing perfume but without adding any alcohol. I first came across aromatherapy back in the 90s during window shopping, but it wasn't until the 2000s that I gained a better understanding of the benefits of each essential oil. You may also view diagrams, consolidated with the best of my knowledge, on the benefits of each different essential oil, uploaded to both Jacob Ballas Children's Garden and Far East Organisation Children's Garden on Google Maps.

I bought Lemongrass Aromatic Room & Pillow Spray (120ml) on 5/2/24 for $20 at Raffles City. I used to have one bottle that I bought from Liang Court.

I have bought a 500ml Lemongrass room spray, and 100ml each of Lemongrass and Pomelo Peppermint essential oils for my birthday month promotion. They cost $534.56 after a 20% discount, and I was served by the friendly and knowledgeable Jes. Wild Mint essential oil is out of stock, so she helped me record my delivery details for when it's back in stock, which is expected in about four weeks. It's a delightful experience every time I visit this Lemongrass store. 🤗☺️

Lemongrass House has some of the best lavender and rose shower gels locally. The sales staff I encountered on each visit are chatty, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. They are able to make suggestions on product choices based on your preferences, which is a knowledge 'must' in this line of work. Kudos to their service etiquette. Keep it up!
