Our first bangle! The first time we saw this bangle three months ago, we fell in love with it. It was love at first sight. One of the staff patiently explained to us how to view jade and the difference in value. Three months later, we were back again, only to see the same bangle there. The same warmth filled our hearts. Jackaston was there and patiently answered our questions, as we still didn't know enough to make the purchase. The price was a great stumbling block to overcome. However, as fate would have it, we left with the bangle on this visit. It fills me with great joy whenever I look at it on my wife's wrist. The bangle is just pleasantly beautiful to look at. Just my two cents' worth: I hope there is some form of loyalty reward on subsequent purchases. Otherwise, it will take a lot more convincing to cross the next hurdle. Regardless, the service of the staff is amazing. Recommended for a visit.

I was served by Jackaston, and he introduced me to the Lulutong barrel jades. They are so beautiful. I immediately decided on a light purple one with a hint of green. Hope it will improve my positive energy!

My wife was looking for a pendant, and we were served by Jolene and then Jenny that day. They were very patient with us, very helpful, and not pushy at all, showing us and letting us try on a variety of quality Jadeite pendants. I was very glad that they were willing to make the effort to bring out the pieces to show us and let us try, or else we wouldn't have found this one that my wife felt connected to. Thank you.

I decided to visit Li Hong after browsing through their online shop, as I was impressed with their extensive collection and exquisite designs. I ended up buying my very first jade pendant from the store. I was served by Jackaston, and it was a very pleasant experience. After telling Jackaston what I was looking for, he showed me a few designs and gave me ample time and space to choose. At no time did I ever feel that I was being rushed or being persuaded to choose something more expensive. I managed to get something that I really love and that was within my budget. Would definitely return.
