Disappointed by the poor customer service. I ordered coffee and cake and simply asked for a glass of water. Of course, I will pay for it. But instead of handling it politely, a staff member (who appeared to be a supervisor) got right in my face and abruptly told me that the water was chargeable and non-refillable.
It wasn’t about the cost. I’m more than happy to pay. It was the attitude that was completely unnecessary. Is this really how you treat paying customers over a basic request like water? Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I won’t be coming back.

The place was nice and the coffee was delicious. I truly enjoyed my time with my friends.
However, I experienced a situation that was quite upsetting. I had ordered Ethiopian coffee, and while chatting with my friends, half of the coffee remained and got cold. I kindly asked one of the staff members if it could be reheated. She took the glass pot and was about to reheat it in a mug, but another staff member intervened, took the pot from her, and told me they couldn’t reheat the coffee.
I mentioned that her colleague was about to do it, but she responded that the other employee was new to work and didn’t know anything. I expressed my dissatisfaction and told her I didn’t want anything anymore.
A few minutes later, she came to my table, took the coffee again, and insisted they couldn’t reheat it in the pot. I replied that I understood it would be reheated in a mug, not the pot, and clarified her colleague was about to do exactly that.
What bothered me most was not just the refusal, but the way it was handled. Sometimes a small issue may occur, but the problem is that the staff either don’t know how to deal with it properly or lack courtesy and professionalism in their communication with customers.

My wife and I had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Coffee Club today. We started with a delicious mushroom appetizer. The highlight of the meal was their thin pizza topped with mushrooms and chicken. The crust was crisp yet tender. To top it all off, we were treated to their cheesecake for dessert. We paired the meal with their rich hot mocha, which added the perfect finishing touch. Overall, the combination of exceptional food, a relaxing ambiance, and friendly service made this one of the best dining experiences. Highly recommended.

Visited for post-meal dessert. Good place for big groups as there is ample seating, as well as a range of drinks to cater to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinkers, such as hot chocolate, coffee, tea, milkshakes, cider, beer, and cocktails. For alcoholic drinks, the peachy lime cocktail and gold apple cider are good choices for people who don't fancy the taste of alcohol but still want a drink. Hot chocolate is more milky than chocolatey.

We visited on 19/7 after 16:00. It was our first time dining here, with three adults. We waited for quite a while for staff to clear a table. Drinks were okay. The hot matcha 🍵 was okay and thick. The berry tea came last; we almost forgot about this order. We ordered the waffles with chicken and scrambled eggs. They do not have fries, so we ordered their side of potatoes. We recommend their matcha (it was okay for us). We might come back to try their coffee.

Came here for some coffee and drinks. Coffee was mediocre, but the cocktails were surprisingly good (pretty sweet, though, FYI). Their signature mud pie is actually just ice-cream based, which is not to my preference. But their waffle with ice cream was good!
A good point is that their staff are really nice and friendly, and service was on point! :)

Visited Coffee Club at Raffles City for dinner on 1st August. We had made a reservation, and as expected, the place was quite busy with staff bustling around serving different tables. Despite the crowd, service was still attentive.
We ordered our dinner and later added 3 slices of cake for dessert. During billing, my friend didn’t double-check the receipt and simply made the payment. It was only today that she noticed the cakes were not included in the bill—we had been undercharged.
I called the café to let them know, and spoke with Ms. Esther, who was very professional. She checked with her superior and followed up promptly via WhatsApp. The café acknowledged the oversight and kindly told us we didn’t need to make up the difference. We really appreciated their honesty, excellent customer service, and swift response.
Overall, a great experience — lovely vibes, tasty food, and a team that genuinely cares. Kudos to the staff!

Friends and I decided to share, and we ordered a chicken mushroom pizza, a waffle with grilled chicken, and a seafood pasta for dinner. The waffle was fantastic—one of the best we had. But the pasta and pizza were quite ordinary. The bigger letdown was the totally cooked egg in the middle of the pizza; we preferred runny eggs. The service staff were very nice and helpful, and we could choose our seating. Overall, it was fairly good with reasonable pricing, but I think they could do better with desserts.
