Unethical practice! If you check their website, it shows $58 for a 1-hour reflexology, but I was charged $106.82 at Syoujin Raffles City. I then called them up, and the same guy who served me at the counter said they have two prices for two types of reflexology: a “basic” one costing $68, and an “intensive” one costing $98. Both options were not disclosed prior to the treatment. Afterward, I called the Plaza Singapura branch, and they confirmed the price was $58 per hour, as listed on their website. The pricing at Syoujin Raffles City is inconsistent with the other Syoujin branches, and they are not transparent. AVOID if you don’t want to get ripped off.

I went once last year, and then because of their hard selling, I purchased a package of a few sessions. However, after my 3rd session, I really didn't want to continue due to personal reasons, and I communicated this upfront. To my horror, it then became a WhatsApp check-in, claiming they would be there for me through this period. Month after month, they would check in, and the next sentence would always be: "Book an appointment?"
In all honesty, I am pleased with my previous two therapists, who indeed aided in alleviating my aches after the sessions. However, this way of checking in, hard selling, and pushing really turns people off. If you want loyal customers, stop pushing. Leave it to us, the customers, to come when we have free time. There's no point asking via WhatsApp so often. I hope others don't have such a similar experience in the future.

The massage itself was excellent, and the masseur was highly skilled. However, the aggressive sales tactics completely ruined the experience. By the third session, the masseur began emphasizing the numerous issues with my body, making me feel uncomfortable and anxious. Imagine being trapped in a situation where the masseur repeatedly highlights your bodily flaws, making the massage increasingly painful. The masseur attributed the pain to the supposed problems, further exacerbating my discomfort.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff would attempt to aggressively sell me additional products. While I understand that they are simply doing their job, the persistent hard-selling created a profoundly negative experience.
The emphasis on sales over customer satisfaction and well-being was disappointing and frustrating. A more balanced approach, prioritizing the client's comfort and relaxation, would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Scam. I booked a foot massage over the phone, which was advertised at $58 for 60 minutes of foot reflexology on their website. However, when it was time to pay after the massage, they tried to charge over $100. When I showed them the website, they claimed that was only a special promotion price if you signed up in advance. There was no mention of such restrictions on their website, and no other price than $58 was mentioned. They are focused on scamming tourists and not on building long relationships with residents living in Singapore.

2 stars, as the masseuse was actually not too bad. But the environment was terrible.
1) The towels on the massage bed had a "sweaty" smell.
2) The room where I had my massage felt more like a storeroom than a massage room.
3) The premises weren't really well-maintained; I didn't feel relaxed at all entering such a room.
4) They had some herbal bath water filled in the tub for another customer later, and I had to endure the strong herbal smell throughout the hour-long massage.
5) The tipping point: As I was having my oil massage, I felt water dripping on my back - it was from the aircon vent above. And the water kept dripping throughout the one-hour massage, until the masseuse had to pile towels on me so I wouldn't feel the water landing on my back. So it went from oil massage to towel massage. Halfway through, I had to have my massage sitting up.
I couldn't wait for the massage to end.

Painful, Overpriced, and Completely Dismissive
I walked in asking for a soft, relaxing massage — not deep tissue — and confirmed this several times with the front desk. I was assured I’d receive a relaxation-style massage. What I got instead was an uncomfortably firm treatment that never eased, despite asking the masseuse at least five times to reduce the pressure.
Each time I spoke up, he brushed it off with “softer now” — but the pressure never actually changed. I eventually gave up asking and spent the rest of the session wincing in pain. It felt like he was more interested in getting through the hour than providing a tailored, respectful service.
The male masseuse, who wore glasses, yawned repeatedly and made no effort to speak English, despite likely understanding. The room was brightly lit the entire time with poor ambience — not even a basic attempt to create a calming environment.
Given the high price, the lack of care, attentiveness, and professionalism was staggering. This was not just disappointing — it was completely unacceptable. There are far better places that actually listen to their clients. This is not one of them.

Dr. (Teacher) Sunnie is a truly outstanding therapist and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) doctor, extremely experienced, gentle, and knowledgeable. I had a 10-minute tui na massage followed by moxibustion treatment. Although the clinic is not cheap, I can say you get what you pay for, and the treatment and knowledge exchange were absolutely first-class. I highly recommend this clinic as a trustworthy source of information and TCM. Medicines were applied to my body, and tui na was given in addition to moxibustion. I felt extremely relaxed and well immediately.

I was made to feel very comfortable while inquiring about services. There was no pressure to sign packages or to do a treatment right away. The centre managers fully understood and answered all my questions with clarity. While waiting for my appointment, I was offered a complimentary neck/shoulder massage by a very nice therapist named Celine. Very skillful and accommodating. I should plan to return.

Last week, I tried their foot therapy, and it was incredibly professional—it completely relieved my long-standing foot pain. After experiencing a single session for $98, I decided to become a member. Next time, I’ll bring my parents here for a session as well. Their techniques are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced and are definitely worth the price! Thanks Mei Mei and Nicholas Manager; they are very friendly, with no hard sell; and thanks Ah Yuan!

I just had a massage at your Raffles City branch. I wish to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Sunny, who did a great job with my pain management and miscellaneous treatments. She's the best therapist and masseuse so far! I won't hesitate to recommend your outlet as very professional and friendly.

The massage performed by Sunnie was very comfortable. She is knowledgeable and able to identify where the tight spots are and the required treatments.
Meimei, who is the manager, always provides useful information, good deals, and is accommodating with scheduling.
