Be cautious of the staff in this store. They are dishonest! They keep pushing their value-added services on you! Most importantly, they deceive customers about tax refunds! When we got our glasses, they said they could handle the tax refund for us and even confirmed it when we were leaving, saying it was all set. But at the tax refund machine at the airport, there was no record at all! The airport staff said the store never entered the information.

I visited Owndays at Raffles City and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jenny. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Jenny took the time to understand my needs, explained the different options clearly, and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I’m extremely happy with my new glasses and the excellent customer service provided by Jenny. Today, I was attended to by both Daniel and Casey. Daniel was friendly, patient, and went the distance to provide me with a variety of designs and his input based on my preferences. Casey was friendly, knowledgeable, and always made the effort to check if I understood what she explained and if I had any further questions. Both of them were excellent and very welcoming. Thanks to them, I had a great experience purchasing my new specs at the Raffles City Owndays outlet. Cheers.

I collected my specs at Raffles City and was initially assisted by a young salesgirl since Jenny was busy. After her adjustment, I noticed the frame was still crooked. When I returned, Thomas’s response was quite abrupt. Although Jenny tried to help, the issue wasn’t fully resolved until the young salesgirl stepped in again and completed the adjustment properly. I appreciate her effort and hope the overall service can improve.

I visited on August 4 around 8:30 PM and had such a pleasant experience! The staff were all lovely and welcoming. I was kindly assisted by a female staff member who was incredibly patient. She took the time to help us find designs that suited our preferences without rushing us at all. When we went back to collect my glasses, she even helped to change out the nose pads on my old pair without me asking. I really appreciated the attentiveness and genuine care. Superb customer service. Thank you for the great experience! :-)
