PS.Cafe at Raffles City creates a stunning urban oasis within Singapore's historic shopping landmark, featuring an innovative floating double-story greenhouse concept with lush greenery and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. This retreat for weary shoppers transforms the traditional mall dining experience into a garden-themed sanctuary in the heart of Singapore's central business district, offering convenient access near City Hall MRT station for both local professionals and international visitors exploring Singapore's cultural precinct.
The restaurant serves PS.Cafe's renowned menu of contemporary Western cuisine, including the signature PS. Burger with premium Angus patty, truffle shoestring fries, superfood salads, and indulgent desserts like chocolate blackout cake and sticky date pudding. Exclusive Raffles City offerings include Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Red Pesto Rigatoni, complemented by carefully curated wines and retail products that reflect PS.Cafe's commitment to quality ingredients and sophisticated flavors that have earned the brand its reputation across Singapore.
Operating from 10am to 10pm daily, PS.Cafe Raffles City provides an ideal meeting point for friends from across Singapore, combining attentive service with a well-maintained ambiance that feels like a peaceful garden despite its central mall location. The restaurant's strategic position within Raffles City Shopping Centre, ranked among Singapore's top dining destinations, offers both casual dining and special occasion experiences, with weekend reservations available from 5:30pm to accommodate the diverse needs of shoppers, business diners, and social gatherings in this iconic Singapore destination.
Kelvin was at the entrance when we arrived at 6:12 PM, and there were at least 10 empty tables.
He told us that without a reservation, we would have to wait at least 45 minutes, and they would call us once tables became available. So, we took a queue number and waited. Forty minutes later, we came back and found a queue at the front, with a Caucasian couple just ahead of us.
When the couple reached the front, the same Kelvin asked if they had a reservation, and they clearly replied that they did not. This was when I expected him to say, "Please take a queue number." But instead, he ushered them directly into the restaurant and seated them.
This was an awful experience for us, as it was:
1. Discriminatory.
2. A huge waste of our time, waiting for 40 minutes when there were clearly available seats.
3. Unfair to those who were put on a waiting list, and to us, when we clearly could have been seated, but the cafe decided to seat others who did not wait at all.
The wait staff were great, and the food was as per their usual standard. However, the door service was dismal.
I hope the management takes these matters seriously, as it truly ruined our evening's experience.

I am a fan of PS Cafe. I try to patronize them whenever I'm looking for western eats or desserts, such as at their Dempsey, Fullerton, and Paragon outlets. I happened to walk past on a Friday night and decided to drop in for a slice of their famous carrot cake and a glass of wine. It's a pity the kitchen closes at 9 PM, but I would have ordered their famous truffle fries.

Tried the affogato. The ice cream is very sweet. Espresso shots are on the more acidic side. Coffee tastes better when the ice cream melts. Great environment with an open-concept layout. Especially when the sunshine shines through the glass ceiling from above.

Nice comfortable cafe, albeit on the pricey side. I ordered a beef burger. Meat was juicy and tasty. Fries were okay, not amazing. Service was swift and staff were accommodating.

I had a wonderful experience at PS Cafe Raffles City! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. Denes took my order and was very patient and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. My waitress, Mimi, was absolutely lovely – friendly, efficient, and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Manager Glazia also checked in during my visit, and her hospitality truly stood out. It’s rare to find a team that’s so genuine and professional. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

My friend and I really enjoyed the ambience of this PS cafe. It has a rainforest/garden-type theme with al fresco dining. We were bathed in sunlight with the glass roof but in an air-conditioned environment. It was a very nice place to hang out. We got the natural environment without having to face the natural elements, like the heat. Food was all right. My pasta was a little salty but the portion was huge. My friend brought her nephew, and the kids' meal was fun and cute. My friend had a Thai rice bowl. They were good but nothing stood out.

Had brunch on the weekend. It was not crowded around 11 AM. The price was slightly expensive, but the taste was superb, although the portion could have been larger. The environment was relaxing, as the upper levels of Raffles City are not crawling with people. Recommended.

Had a lovely dining experience at PS.Cafe Raffles. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, perfect for a laid-back lunch or intimate dinner. Special mention goes to Jacq, our server, who was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout. The food was impressive, especially the Black Miso Cod. It was absolutely sensational, tender, and packed with umami. This is a place I’d return to, not just for the food, but the warm service too.

We enjoyed the pasta dishes we ordered. The pasta was cooked al dente. And the chocolate cake is rich and decadent. Mel is also very attentive in refilling our drinks and is very friendly.

Had a great dinner here! The ambience was lovely, and the food was delicious. A big thank you to our server, Mimi, who was super friendly and helpful—she recommended a dessert that we absolutely loved! Overall, the service and experience were great.

I've always loved tomato soup; it's rich and tasty. The cauliflower dish was okay for me, but my friends loved it. The calamari was okay; I would have preferred it to be crispier. Pork ribs are good. Portions are good for sharing, and I'm glad we shared. We thought the salmon, which was the special for June, was good. The salmon tasted like normal salmon, but the accompaniments, like squash and potatoes, were tasty and went well with the salmon. Service staff was efficient and responsive. The ambiance was really nice.

First time at this outlet. Food is consistently good in every aspect, from presentation, temperature, to taste. Thank you for that.
A pleasant space to catch up with friends over a simple meal.
Service could be better. Staff walk around with a moping face. No smile, no greeting beyond the hostess when she showed you to your table.
Truffle fries and tomato soup were very good.

Visited this place for late lunch with friends. The atmosphere was not too bad, with good spacing between tables enabling decent conversation. Food, drinks, and desserts we ordered were mostly delicious, except, to me, the mushroom soup was just alright!
I ordered the red pesto pasta, thinking of trying something different from the green pesto. I have to admit this decision was not my favorite because it was mostly tomato paste-based. However, the sticky date pudding made up for my mistake. I have to say the sweetness was just right for this dessert. Key lime pie was also great; slightly tart with a tinge of sweetness afterwards. These two desserts are rare finds, and I was happy to get them here.
Overall, it was still a great experience lunching at PS Cafe.

Had lunch with my wife to celebrate her birthday today. Ordered Caesar salad, king prawn aglio olio, barramundi risotto, cappuccino, Citrus Sunrise, and one affogato. Portions for the two mains were good, but the spaghetti was a bit oily and bland to my taste, hence I requested salt to add on. The risotto was good and tasty. However, both the prawn and barramundi in the two mains were quite bland and plain-looking, especially the prawn. The Caesar salad was not up to par at all in my opinion, a sentiment my wife shared. It was totally dull in taste. The sauce was too diluted, and I could see a watery base. The Citrus Sunrise was nice but had way too much ice in it. For $9.50, I think the juice mixture content was only about 1/3 of the glass, with the rest being ice. I finished it in three mouthfuls. Lastly, the affogato was good! It had a nice, sizable scoop of ice cream with sufficient espresso to make it a good blend. I would come back for the affogato for sure.

The portions are generous and great for sharing! I’m glad we decided to share so we could try more dishes.
The service staff were efficient and responsive throughout our meal. The ambience was really nice too—cozy and welcoming. A big thank you to our server, Mimi, who was super friendly and helpful. She even recommended a dessert that we absolutely loved!
