Had a wonderful dining experience at Putien, Raffles City. The food was flavourful and delicious. Loved everything we ordered! So good.
A big plus: no GST or service charge for a period of time, which makes the experience feel even more value-for-money. Highly recommended for anyone craving quality Fujian-style cuisine in the city.

On a busy weekend evening, my husband and I, with our 8-month-old baby, walked in without a reservation. I believe they were almost full or fully booked, but the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They accommodated our needs and were friendly towards us and our baby. We were at ease and we enjoyed our meal.
The food was beyond question good, as per their standard, so there wasn't much to comment on.
One of the best Putien outlets we've been to. Thank you.

We went there because of the reviews, and we were not disappointed. The food is very good, the service is great, the atmosphere is peaceful, and there is ample space between tables so you have some privacy. The server Singsing offered great and friendly service. We will return for sure when we get the chance.

My friends and I had a farewell and year-end gathering at Putien Raffles City. The food was definitely good as always, and the service provided by Ms. Singing was great. She was very gentle, kind, and friendly. Our dinner was superb and memorable, thanks to Ms. Singing. Thank you for treating us well and giving a lovely memory to my dear friend who is leaving SG soon.

Splendid Chinese fare. A local chain of Chinese restaurants that is centrally located in Raffles Shopping Mall. Order their signatures like fried yam, fish, crispy chicken, and lor mee. It's a medium-sized restaurant that is comfortable and can accommodate walk-ins. Come at peak times and be prepared to wait a little. Staff are friendly and always attentive.

Today we visited Putien at Raffles City, and I was very surprised that there was no service charge or GST 😱👍

Food was superb as usual. The sweet and sour pork and oyster omelette are a must-try! We couldn't decide between the mee sua and the rice, so we got both. Thankfully, there was a smaller portion option, so despite ordering many dishes, the portion size was just right for four people. The restaurant seemed packed even though we came on a Tuesday at 7 PM. It was rather noisy, which made it hard to get a staff member's attention at times. It was also a little hard to have a conversation due to the crowd.

I like the dishes at Putien; they are always so delicious. I'm impressed with Manager Su Ling's professionalism and good attitude. Due to my skin allergies, she paid attention to my concerns and communicated my cooking preferences to the chef. Su Ling was very kind to offer us desserts 🥰🥰❤️❤️

We visited this branch for team lunch. The food is great, and the service staff are friendly but could be more attentive. A few times we requested dining utensils, tea refills, or plate clearance, but they forgot about them or were slow to respond. The dining experience would be smoother if they were attentive to such details.
