I come here regularly to get a haircut. They’re very efficient. I love their online booking service. I’m usually in and out in under 15 minutes.

Just had a haircut from Derrick Wong. He was great with detail, quick, and clean. Just awesome for $12SPD. He even vacuumed my head clean. I will definitely be back.

I have been to many QB House outlets. By far, the hairdresser (Devon, according to the receipt) today provided the best service. A few other customers were ahead of me, and I noticed she was polite and professional to every customer she was serving. When it was my turn, I noticed she asked and listened to customer requirements. Throughout the haircut, she was very professional and did her job with passion. She is truly an asset to the company.

I've been a regular customer here to get my hair cut! John and Vicky are very friendly and welcoming! I have curly hair, which gets a little tricky to cut and style. Both of them are skillful, always providing the best haircut to fit my style :D

The stylist (female with short hair) had a very bad communication attitude, and when I told her what to cut, she sounded very rude and disrespectful. I will never visit this outlet again!

I've been here a few times before and thought it was decent, but they seem to change staff way too quickly. Yesterday, I encountered the worst hairdresser of my life there. She had no skills and no experience. I will resent her until my hair grows long enough for me to get a new hairstyle.

Have cut my hair here several times. They are quite efficient and fast. However, the final haircut is sometimes nice, sometimes just average, or not quite right, especially when it's crowded. On weekdays, from 6-7 pm onwards, there are also quite a number of office people here for a haircut.
