I was feeling very sick and feverish, and all I saw was that they prioritized VAC and some healthier-looking people. Don't they care about the truly sick patient first?
The Indian doctor was terrible: no tests, no good advice. An emotionless doctor. They should quit their job.
Overall, the service was -99/10. Please don't come here.
I will never return to this joke of a clinic.
P.S. Only the nurses were good (Nurses: 10/10).
Update: Still not recovered. Rubbish.

Appointment at 9:30 AM for vaccination. Registered at the kiosk at 9:20 but waited until after 10 AM just for a jab. Terrible efficiency.
But the Malay staff is very nice and tried to expedite this.

Would also give 0 stars if possible. I made an appointment for 10 am and arrived on time, but waited at least two hours to start the health screening, which took only about 10 minutes. After completing half of the check, I was told to come back after their lunch break for the second half. I returned at 2 pm and started an interminable wait AGAIN. For a health check that takes less than 30 minutes, I've already been stuck in Raffles City for over four hours and counting. Not how I was planning to spend my day on leave.

Here's the lightly edited review:
0 stars if I could.
Making an appointment is useless; they don’t honour your time.
You register using a tablet, but you still have to go up to the staff to ask when you’d be called. Only then do they process your registration and do something about it.
Believe the previous reviews. Nothing has changed since.

Really poor service from the counter staff. I came in at 8:30 AM as per my appointment. I was told to sit down and that the counter staff would call me. I had to keep following up every 15 minutes before they properly registered me and issued me a ticket. I also had to keep following up on when my blood test would be and when the next vaccine would be. This was very unprofessional.
The app was misleading too. I bought a vaccination package, but the doctor said I had to take a blood test first before they could determine what vaccinations to give. Why sell the vaccine package in the app without a doctor's appointment in the first place?

Too few doctors, too many patients, very long wait times.
They open at 8:30 AM and accept appointments for 8:30 AM. But on the day I was there, the lone doctor only started seeing patients at 9:00 AM. At that time there were 15 people in the waiting room.
Edit: A nurse eventually attended to me after I had waited for an hour, so the full load of 15 would not have been on the lone doctor. And the nurse was courteous and pleasant. But the 2-star review remains for the long wait.

Operating hours are listed to close at 5:30 PM. I reached at 5:10 PM, but the nurse rejected my check-up request and blamed me for coming so late. I really don't understand. And how rude for the SG service industry.

Arrived at 9:30 AM for a health screening appointment. Waited until 1:30 PM for blood tests, all while fasting since 6 PM the night before. The clinic was disgustingly and woefully understaffed. I will never engage with Raffles Medical again.
Edit: Yes, I filled in your feedback form and received zero replies after a week. It has been 8 weeks since I had the checkup, and I still have not received my medical report. Avoid this company at all costs for your health screening needs.

Selected the Bugis area for health screening. It's near Bugis MRT with ample open-space parking across the road. Take the lift on the left once you enter the building to the 12th floor.
Compared to the previous year, they have a newly renovated area, which is now much cleaner, more organized, and professional. Registration at the counter is a breeze, with a small waiting area. A waiting room is allocated for you to wait for your turn (no personal pods available). Consultation and testing rooms are separated into different sections. Cleaning is outsourced, and toilets are located at the end of the building. Overall, a good first impression.
However, waiting time is long, especially for the treadmill. The wait for the treadmill alone is over an hour; they only have 2 stations running, and each session takes 20-30 minutes.
A small breakfast area with limited table seating is available. Fruits, juices, coffee, tea, bread, porridge, fried bee hoon, and chee cheong fan are available.
Staff are courteous and friendly. Planning and efficiency need improvement. Many customers gave feedback on the long waiting time and went to the staff to complain. Arrival time was around 7:30 AM, but blood withdrawal only starts after 8:15 AM or so, as the majority of the staff only start to be in place then. Then comes the consultation and waiting period for eye tests, X-rays, lung tests, and finally the super long wait for the treadmill ECG. A total of over 4 hours, and more than half of it was purely waiting time.

I agree with other commenters that while the doctor is great, the administrative procedures at this clinic can improve significantly. Despite making appointments, patients are expected to wait for at least 15-20 minutes even during non-peak hours. The staff don't seem very proficient and take a long time to process each request and dispense medication. Personal privacy is limited, perhaps due to the setup of the room, and the doctor's door seems thin (I could hear the conversation quite clearly from outside). Definitely below what one would expect from Raffles Medical. Other outlets are good!

Due to my mastitis, I came to Raffle Medical Clinic to see Dr. Santharuby to get a referral letter. After she assessed my condition, she was quite concerned about my situation and contacted the breast center consultant, ordered a blood test and ultrasound for me. To ensure that I was able to see the consultant doctor, she kept calling the radiologist staff to check for updates on the results and helped me to book an appointment with the specialist clinic. In summary, she is the kind of doctor I will look for when I am not feeling well.

Thank you to the staff of Raffles Medical (Raffles City outlet) for the superb and prompt services! My client visited this outlet on 25 January 2025 and completed the medical examination swiftly, despite it being a last-minute appointment.
Special thanks to the female staff on January 24 and the male staff on January 25 morning who picked up my call to confirm the appointment and liaised to make sure the appointment went smoothly!

It was my first visit to this clinic at Raffles City. I had a good experience with Dr. Janice Phua today. She was very gentle-spirited, thoughtful, patient, and compassionate. I came home, still feeling unwell, and called the clinic for advice. Dr. Phua promptly called me back for a follow-up.
Although I already had my answers and was ready to hang up the phone, Dr. Phua continued to extend her time and gave additional advice.
The staff nurses were nice too!
Keep up your kindness and dedication. Thank you!

I have no idea why Raffles Medical, Raffles City Branch has such a low rating. I was honestly afraid before my consultation, but I'm glad I wasn't swayed by the ratings.
I walked in close to closing time, and the staff was welcoming and attentive to my needs. But most of all, the doctor was one of the nicest, most detailed, and attentive doctors I’ve encountered.
I had mentioned I had two issues that required doctor’s attention, and the staff and Dr. Diana Chow delivered. Dr. Chow was very attentive and detailed. I mentioned to her I was on a trip and got injured. She listened and was very detailed in writing my doctor’s memo and referral letter. It will definitely help me seek the necessary help I need.
Despite it being close to closing time, she answered all my burning questions about the medications I was previously prescribed by another doctor (as I was concerned they might have been mis-prescribed), even though she didn’t have to. She also prescribed me medications after careful consideration of my ailment.
I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Diana Chow.
