Very disappointed. Walked out of the store because the staff treated me as invisible. She'd rather do nothing at the counter than come over and ask if I needed any help.

Here's the edited review: Just like multiple people have said, I was really looking for a swimsuit and a cover-up. In fact, I saw items I liked. However, I did not go ahead with the purchase, simply because the sales girl acted as if I was invisible. She didn't even say hi, bother looking up, or ask if I needed any help. Also, mind you, I was there for quite some time, and simply because of that, they easily lost $500 worth of sales or possibly more. Customer service is key to any retail store. Their body language alone speaks volumes. I believe they would be making so much more if the sales girl was attentive. As I was about to leave, another person came in. So, with two people in the store, the salesgirl was still minding her own business. And the fact that they even renovated makes me genuinely wonder.

I was just browsing, and the sales assistant was very nice and respectful, asking me if I needed help with anything. The only downside is that the store didn't have what I was looking for, as I was interested in some pieces I had seen on their website.

I wanted to leave a review for the beautiful Malay staff member who assisted me a few months ago. I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name, as I only just remembered to do this today. I'm really conscious about wearing a bikini, and I explained everything to her. She was very open, understanding, and treated me like a really good girlfriend. She recommended a few pieces for me in the store. I tried them all and in the end went with a really nice red/blue bandeau bikini (there's a ring in the middle). I was happy with my purchase. I wore it to Sentosa the next day. She was kind, pretty, and an absolute girl's girl. The experience made me really confident, and that was so important to me. She really did me a favour, inside and out :) If I come to Singapore again, I'll swing by the store, not just for the quality of the bikinis, but also because I really liked the service. <3
