This is my 4th purchase from Secret Garden Florist, and I must say that their customer service is excellent! The first two purchases were for a sad event (wreaths). The next two were for a happy occasion (shop opening). Each time I engaged their service, they were attentive to details and very helpful. Each arrangement they did was beautiful. Jenny, Irene, and Adeline are superb in their customer service, and it’s exactly the reason why I keep coming back over the years. I’m very pleased with Secret Garden Florist and would recommend it to others!

A very unfriendly florist attended to me yesterday, May 17th, late afternoon. I needed a bouquet urgently for a shoot, and instead of recommending flowers, she was not helpful at all. I wanted to have a ribbon tied around the chosen flower stalks, and there were clearly a bunch of ribbons at the back, but she just shot me down with a blunt “no, we don’t sell ribbons,” leaving me with bare flower stalks, simply scotch-taped. Even with whatever SOPs you may have, speaking more kindly, trying to understand why I needed the flowers, and giving me alternatives to make it look more presentable would be the bare minimum service I thought a florist could provide??? If I weren't already anxious and in need of a last-minute bouquet, I would have walked out of there given such customer service.

I have to complain about this shop; their service is so poor! The local Chinese sales girl's attitude was unbelievably terrible. I called them to recommend that they please remind customers who buy chrysanthemums next time, as this type of flower is meant for the deceased, not for living people. It's bad Feng Shui and has a negative meaning when sending chrysanthemums to living people. This was good advice for them to improve their service standard. But the sales girl kept saying it wasn't their fault. She said local people like this flower. I think she said this because she heard my accent was foreign. I told her I just suggested that they please remind customers next time that this kind of flower means death, means ending. But the sales girl again said this wasn't their fault. I kept telling the girl, "I'm just commenting to you guys." I couldn't believe that the sales girl in the end said, "Let the flower sacrifice your love then!" What ridiculous, crazy words she said to me! I was shocked! Such a bad attitude! Such a rude girl! She shouldn't curse customers after a complaint. Service staff should listen to customers instead of behaving so rudely. I felt so sad and angry, and very, very disappointed with this incident. Such a bad shopping experience in my entire life! 😫🥵😡😓😰😱

The saleswoman (I guess the owner) has an attitude that's very patronizing. If you cannot state precisely what you want, as if you were an expert, you will get a very cold, despising gaze from her! Also, I felt the same pressure I get in Subway. Sometimes we need to be advised or to take time to think and choose, but she shows her displeasure! If it were not for my urgent needs for someone's birthday, I definitely would not have used her services.

Excellent meal; the quality, presentation, and flavours were fantastic. Lovely restaurant where the staff are friendly and efficient. Thank you, Chris, for making us feel welcome; Donna for good recommendations; and Chef Franky for the delicious food!

This shop has fantastic, beautiful flower, which I know from having bought from other places for a long time. The staff here also made me feel they were so experienced, and the service was so good too. I will visit again.

This shop is pretty incredible in the way they handle their customers. I felt they took a personal interest in where the flowers were directed. I would say they went that extra mile to satisfy my needs and wants. Kudos to them.
