I frequent their outlet at the JEM Kopitiam. Despite this location being pricier than their other outlets, the taste and quality remain consistent. I love the generous portions of ingredients and the thick, rich soup that doesn't make you thirsty afterward (no MSG). Best of all, the soup is refillable. The food court gets crowded during lunch hours, but the queue for this stall moves quickly. The staff running the stall are friendly too.

December 2, 2023, Saturday, 18.58 hours Raffle City Food Court Singapore Bought: Sesame Oil Chicken with Black Garlic - $7.80 Major flaws in food: Not much chicken; skin was present and indistinguishable in watery gravy; chicken with bone and bone splinters, hazardous to eat, especially for a child; insufficient quantity. Plastic utensils; not up to a sophisticated Singaporean standard; the dish did not look appetizing or nutritious. The saleswoman claimed it was "very nice." Hello lady, it was not even "nice."

I always love this pig trotter with vinegar. The staff are friendly and gave me free soup to try out. The only downside was their white rice, which was not properly prepared. It was a bit too wet. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.
