Best place for coffee. I always order Mocha coffee.
Near the City Hall MRT Station.
There are two Starbucks located here, within 100 m of each other, at One Raffles Link, Basement 1.

Cozy and comfortable place to chill out after shopping. I've been here a few times and always feel welcome.❤️ The staff are very efficient; the drinks are in my hands even before I make payment. Super fast.

Bought 2 SG exclusive mugs during our trip and got very upset at the cashier, who didn't seem to care that we were purchasing FRAGILE products from him. When I asked him to wrap them with care, as they would be on a plane, he simply responded, "No wrapping, only the box." He just put them in a box, and our mug set (containing a mug, a lid, and a spoon) was clinking inside. We saw, and already knew, that there were wrapping papers piled up right behind him, so we asked him again to put some wrapping papers inside. He then finally did it, but only for one mug set, and without the spoon (the most fragile part in the set). We have bought mugs from Korea, Japan, Thailand, and England, and had never had such an unsatisfying experience. Not a single wrapping sheet was provided until we asked twice. I never expected to have such a 'Starbucks Experience' in Singapore.

As tourists staying near Marina Bay, we were able to find a place that serves Nitro Cold Brew. What’s also great is that, although a bit of a maze, we were able to reach it using the interconnecting underground malls. All were air-conditioned, away from the heat outside.
The downside to this Starbucks was that all the tables were occupied by people working on laptops.

Their morning breakfast set for $7.90 is a money-saver. It includes a meal with a big cup of either coffee or tea. Coffee offers only one choice, their in-house brew, while tea has a wide selection. The meal is delicious, even though it looked quite unappetising initially. Ambience at Raffles City Hall is decent and not overly crowded.

Starbucks at Raffles City is an iconic place where I meet friends to chill.
There's a mix of high tables and normal tables (both inside and outside facing the shopping mall). The seats inside **are** cushioned.
There's a wide range of cakes and pies you can get here.
I love sitting at the wooden high tables. **There are** also **hooks** at some of the tables where you can hang your belongings.
The yellow **lighting** gives a very warm feeling.
You can also get a wide range of **Starbucks** merchandise here.
It's located just **on the** ground floor of Raffles City. **The** nearest MRT is City Hall.

Came here on a Sunday. Purchased my drink at 1:45 PM. By 3 PM, we were asked to combine tables with my partner (who also bought a drink). Our table was already a single-seater because other customers had borrowed its two chairs, so we ended up giving up a table that had no chairs anyway. The staff member said it was a public holiday and that normally they don't allow people to use laptops because many customers saw there were no seats and left. She even said she had 'closed one eye' for us. I don't think Starbucks has any strict rules regarding seating time. And, honestly, my partner and I were individually working, and we had only been there for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

They shifted from their iconic location on the first floor to this current unit. It's nice and bright, but somehow lacks the atmosphere of before.
The service staff was prompt and courteous. Got a blueberry crumble muffin to take away. A generously sized, moist, and fluffy muffin. A little sweet, but good to pair with strong tea or coffee.

When travelling for business, this outlet always makes me feel welcome. Wonderful service by 2 baristas. Chucky and Raja, thanks for remembering my drinks even though I've only visited a few times. These staff members should get recognition for their service and wonderful customer care.

Starbucks at Raffles City is located at the corner of the shopping mall. The merchandise is displayed at a corner or at the start of the queue. The staff is helpful and friendly. The seating area is quite spacious and open. Mostly, the place is quite crowded. The coffee quality is quite consistent across Starbucks locations in Singapore.
