I was assigned Amanda as my therapist for my trial underarm waxing, and it was a good experience. I signed up for both AFT underarms and Brazilian. She is very professional and made it a comfortable experience. Leng was friendly and helpful in sharing the package details. Really good experience!

My therapist Amanda is very experienced and she is very detailed with treatment. She always shares aftercare knowledge. These receptionists are all nice and friendly, especially Leng, who tries to remember clients' names and makes us feel welcome to the outlet.

I can’t emphasize how important it is to have a good therapist! Aigner was assigned to me, and her level of service was excellent! For starters, the entire experience *was* comfortable and non-awkward at all. I wasn’t expecting that, to be honest. She was patient, and her professionalism was top-notch. Thank you for the pleasant experience every time I’m there! 😊

I went for AFT Brazilian and underarm treatments. What used to be an hour-long session took only 25 minutes today. It felt like the treatment was rushed. I also noticed the instruments for waxing were haphazardly displayed. The tweezers were left in the open, and there was a strand of hair from an earlier session left on a tissue. The hot pot for wax looked like it had never been cleaned, with stains all around it. This made me wonder if they thoroughly clean the other equipment. Throughout the whole process, the therapist kept talking at me to sign up for more packages. I was rather keen initially but felt the treatment wasn't up to standard, so I decided not to. When I told the front desk of my intention not to renew, she actually rolled her eyes at me. Strip used to be so good, but I feel the standard has fallen way off. This is very sad and disappointing.

I have been going to Strip since 2016, and I love it. The experience is great; they show a lot of care and take the time to deliver a good service.
