Don’t get me wrong—I’m a big fan of Stuff’d. However, this review reflects my experience specifically at the Raffles City outlet, which unfortunately fell short on service quality. The staff appeared disorganised and slow, even before the lunch crowd began. Despite wearing gloves, one staff member used the same scoop for black beans and chicken, and even handled the salmon pieces directly with his hands, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Additionally, several of the toppings were not promptly replenished, which further slowed down the process. I was first in line and still spent about 15 minutes waiting, which is not something I’ve experienced at other Stuff’d outlets. I hope management addresses these issues with proper training and supervision, as this outlet does not reflect the generally high standards I’ve come to expect from the brand.
