Don’t get me wrong—I’m a big fan of Stuff’d. However, this review reflects my experience specifically at the Raffles City outlet, which unfortunately fell short on service quality.
The staff appeared disorganised and slow, even before the lunch crowd began. Despite wearing gloves, one staff member used the same scoop for black beans and chicken, and even handled the salmon pieces directly with his hands, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Additionally, several of the toppings were not promptly replenished, which further slowed down the process.
I was first in line and still spent about 15 minutes waiting, which is not something I’ve experienced at other Stuff’d outlets. I hope management addresses these issues with proper training and supervision, as this outlet does not reflect the generally high standards I’ve come to expect from the brand.

After buying and eating one chicken bowl, I immediately ordered two more for takeaway for dinner.
Vel, Amsvar, and Cecilia were very accommodating and helpful in making suggestions.
The meals were light yet fulfilling and satisfying.
Usually, a "Daily Bowl" includes vegetables like lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and onions. You can request to omit any vegetables you prefer not to have in your bowl. For our bowls, our five toppings were potatoes, broccoli, edamame, quinoa, and corn – and there are many more options to choose from.
For protein, we chose chicken. You can also opt for salmon, beef, and other protein options. For extra protein, add SG$2.
For sauces and dressings, please see the photos. I suggest the honey mustard with roasted sesame or the cucumber mayo with yuzu sesame – both are good combinations.

Imagine Subway, but with a definite health-conscious upgrade – that's the vibe here, and their salad wraps and bowls are truly not to be missed. I opted for a beef-flavored kebab in a wholemeal wrap, with extra cucumbers, and the flavors really delivered a punch. It's an absolutely convenient and satisfying takeaway meal.
