Here's the edited review:
I had heard amazing things about this restaurant and was very excited to come here, but quickly became disappointed.
The fried dumplings were not delicious.
The pan-fried foie gras was disgusting—a poor, miserable, expensive disgrace to the lives of the geese wasted here.
The shark fin soup was decent.
The staff were constantly hovering around and staring at us. Even for Asian standards, it was ridiculous.
At the end of the “meal,” I didn’t even want to bother giving their desserts a chance.
Will not be coming back.

Traditional Cantonese food and service were fantastic, provided by both senior and junior staff. The food is as it should be, reminding me of food from my childhood, eaten during big celebrations. The restaurant is reasonably priced and tucked away from the crowds at Raffles City Mall. Not a flashy place, but the food speaks for itself if you like authentic Cantonese cuisine.

Great service from the staff, and the Cantonese cuisine here was pretty good. Came for the $58 Peking duck promo, which was great value. The staff helped to make the wraps, so we only had to eat! Char Siew was super delicious, must order! It was a little pricey, but an enjoyable meal overall. High chairs and cutlery for children are available. Some tables have a view of MBS.

Excellent experience! Ms Autumn Chung was super helpful with menu selection and graciously helped to receive the birthday cake delivery. Ms Wen was very attentive at our table. The food was very refined in flavour and presentation. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

We visited Asia Grand, located at Fairmont Singapore, North Bridge Road, to celebrate our son’s birthday and had a wonderful experience. Clinton, the restaurant manager, suggested great dishes like Crispy Pork, Salted Fish with Pork (stir-fried), Australian Lobster served on noodles, Crispy Noodles with Chicken and customized Sunny Side Egg, and Hot and Sour Soup—all rich in authentic Cantonese flavor and beautifully presented.
All the dishes we ordered were quite filling for our group of eight.
The staff were attentive and helped arrange the cake we brought, providing extra cutlery without us asking. Excellent service and a memorable celebration! The place is highly recommended for foodies who want to explore authentic Cantonese cuisine!

We booked a private area to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary, and we were impressed with the management, especially Autumn. She helped us with the organization and ensured that the event went smoothly. All the guests praised the quality of food. Every dish was done to perfection. The service of the staff was efficient, alert, and prompt. The success of the celebration is solely due to the expertise of the restaurant staff. Thank you, Autumn.

All 5 stars.
The service was phenomenal. They checked on the food and drinks, and topped up our cups on time. The food and the service were so prompt, professional, and attentive without being intrusive.
The food: delicious dim sum. The options aren't the most complete, but what they offered was all good. That's pretty impressive. The menu is thick. Note the promotions; they could offer very good value.
The atmosphere is light, bright, and refined, making it feel like a more formal restaurant.

Lunch with colleagues. Among 6 of us, we ordered about 10 dim sum dishes and a promotional Peking duck for $58. Dim sum dishes are best served hot, and these were piping hot, which was definitely a plus. Prawns were fresh, and the duck was devoured soon after it was placed on the table. Service was brisk and efficient. The bill came to $240. I'd say it's worth an occasional splurge if you're craving good dim sum.

Thanks to Uncle Sammy (in a suit and black coat) who spoke Cantonese, which we didn't understand. He welcomed us to our table and helped us with our bags to the bag holder.
It was super last minute to decide to have dinner here for a chance to view fireworks, and it was especially worth it. (Thanks for having us walk in last minute!)
We didn't get to order much, as we were quite full.
All staff were nice, though one male staff member was a little cold. Overall, the service was really nice.
The restaurant was nice enough to provide shawls when we were cold.
Prawns 🦐 were really served hot and fresh.
The restaurant was definitely well-packed on Saturday night.

I recently visited this Chinese restaurant and found the overall experience to be reasonably pleasant, though not exceptional.
**Food Quality:**
The dishes were of moderate quality, and flavours were familiar and comforting but didn't stand out. While the menu offered variety, some items lacked the depth and freshness I'd hoped for.
**Pricing:**
For the portion sizes and presentation, the pricing felt on the higher end. It may not suit those looking for value-driven dining, as the cost wasn't quite aligned with the culinary experience.
**Atmosphere & Service:**
The ambience was clean and relaxed, and the service staff were courteous. The environment suits casual gatherings.
**Overall:**
Decent place if you're nearby and craving Chinese cuisine, but you might find a better quality-to-price ratio elsewhere.
