This is my 3rd time buying for CNY, and I've finally come to realize their samples tasted better than the ones inside the tins. I didn't even taste any pink salt from the ones packed inside the tins, but with the sample ones, you could taste the salt in every sample they served.

Service needs to be improved. New to the brand, so I enquired which was the best-selling. The salesperson kept asking which size of cookies I wanted, and I had to keep repeating my question. After finally getting through to her, I asked for two flavours to try. Both were not to my liking, so I thanked her and left. Her face changed, and she told her colleague, “She just wanted to taste the cookies.”

A novelty among Singapore-made cookies. I enjoy the cookies and always buy them for gifting when going overseas.
It's a good gift, but the rules are totally inflexible and the customer service is not great! I bought lychee rose-flavored cookies and one other flavor. After paying for it, I thought that perhaps champagne lychee had a better aftertaste and asked for an exchange. A few of the staff smiled and said there are no exchanges or refunds due to food safety. It was literally less than five minutes ago that the purchase was made. And obviously, the can was still intact and brand new. I was just standing nearby and decided to walk back to switch the flavor. I couldn’t believe it.
As I walked away, I decided to write this review; I had only left the shop about ten minutes prior. The inflexible rules left a bad aftertaste, and the customer service was quite disappointing for such a good brand! I am writing this to let people know that you cannot exchange items once payment has been made, so do take note.
However, I must say that the cookies in the small cans are still delicious, and I will still return. It would have been perfect if their customer service gave premium service in tandem with their premium brand.

I love it so much!!! Best cookies ever made in Singapore.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and recommended some cookies to me according to my needs. I bought the Pandan, Hae Bee Hiam, and Honey Earl Grey according to her recommendations, as I was gifting them to elderly/adults who usually have different tastes. True enough, the Honey Earl Grey one isn't very sweet, so it is suitable for elderly taste buds. I won't be trying the other two flavors, as they are meant as gifts for my relatives overseas.
I wish that they would allow customers to taste-test the cookies. I agree with another review that the cookies are quite pricey, so it would be good if we could have a taste test first. I hope the company can take this into consideration.
I love the packaging of the tins, as it's really pretty. Next time, I will buy other best sellers to try.

Very expensive. Three flat tins for $150. However, they are really delicious. Who would think that chicken and rice cookies could taste so good?

Friendly and good service. I've been buying from them since late 2000s when they were in Esplanade.

I've been buying since they first started at Esplanade. But it's really quite premium, so I only pamper myself once in a while, usually during Xmas and CNY when they offer new festive flavours. They make really nice gifts too.

They offer a unique variety of flavours. Personally, the peach yoghurt and earl grey lavender are perfect.

Tasty, premium cookies at a premium price. Perfect for a souvenir from Singapore!
Taking one star away due to the lack of tasting samples or testers. For the price of each tin (around $40), it would make sense to offer them.
The staff were kind and helpful. We were also told that some flavors are seasonal, so it's best to check their website for the latest updates.

I usually buy cranberry cookies from "Christine's By the Cookie Museum" when they have a festive pop-up kiosk at Takashimaya atrium hall.
The Cookie Museum's butter cranberry cookies are absolutely delicious – their cookies come with a rich buttery flavour and crisp texture.
The prices are a tad high, though. But these are good quality cookies, so I enjoy them once in a while.

An awesome gift to bring when you are travelling abroad, or a little something to bring home from Singapore (if you are tired of Kaya and laksa). The cookies are handmade in Singapore and come in a relatively small can/jar, ideal for travel. The cookies also come in many representative Singaporean flavours (perhaps stereotypically so). I would recommend them for those who can afford a little luggage space. I packed the tin can in my luggage, and they survived the trip fine.

I've been gifted these by a friend for many years. I buy them as gifts for family and friends. They are special, truly Singaporean, handmade, and feature extraordinary flavors. I got my daughter the Earl Grey Lavender and Oolong Lychee flavors. Of course, Panda cookies are great too. I have had many unique cookies from here.
