A novelty among Singapore-made cookies. I enjoy the cookies and always buy them for gifting when going overseas.
It's a good gift, but the rules are totally inflexible and the customer service is not great! I bought lychee rose-flavored cookies and one other flavor. After paying for it, I thought that perhaps champagne lychee had a better aftertaste and asked for an exchange. A few of the staff smiled and said there are no exchanges or refunds due to food safety. It was literally less than five minutes ago that the purchase was made. And obviously, the can was still intact and brand new. I was just standing nearby and decided to walk back to switch the flavor. I couldn’t believe it.
As I walked away, I decided to write this review; I had only left the shop about ten minutes prior. The inflexible rules left a bad aftertaste, and the customer service was quite disappointing for such a good brand! I am writing this to let people know that you cannot exchange items once payment has been made, so do take note.
However, I must say that the cookies in the small cans are still delicious, and I will still return. It would have been perfect if their customer service gave premium service in tandem with their premium brand.

Here's the edited review:
Tasty, premium cookies at a premium price. Perfect for a souvenir from Singapore!
Taking one star away due to the lack of tasting samples or testers. For the price of each tin (around $40), it would make sense to offer them.
The staff were kind and helpful. We were also told that some flavors are seasonal, so it's best to check their website for the latest updates.

I usually buy cranberry cookies from "Christine's By the Cookie Museum" when they have a festive pop-up kiosk at Takashimaya atrium hall.
The Cookie Museum's butter cranberry cookies are absolutely delicious – their cookies come with a rich buttery flavour and crisp texture.
The prices are a tad high, though. But these are good quality cookies, so I enjoy them once in a while.

An awesome gift to bring when you are travelling abroad, or a little something to bring home from Singapore (if you are tired of Kaya and laksa). The cookies are handmade in Singapore and come in a relatively small can/jar, ideal for travel. The cookies also come in many representative Singaporean flavours (perhaps stereotypically so). I would recommend them for those who can afford a little luggage space. I packed the tin can in my luggage, and they survived the trip fine.

I've been gifted these by a friend for many years. I buy them as gifts for family and friends. They are special, truly Singaporean, handmade, and feature extraordinary flavors. I got my daughter the Earl Grey Lavender and Oolong Lychee flavors. Of course, Panda cookies are great too. I have had many unique cookies from here.
