A novelty among Singapore-made cookies. I enjoy the cookies and always buy them for gifting when going overseas. It's a good gift, but the rules are totally inflexible and the customer service is not great! I bought lychee rose-flavored cookies and one other flavor. After paying for it, I thought that perhaps champagne lychee had a better aftertaste and asked for an exchange. A few of the staff smiled and said there are no exchanges or refunds due to food safety. It was literally less than five minutes ago that the purchase was made. And obviously, the can was still intact and brand new. I was just standing nearby and decided to walk back to switch the flavor. I couldn’t believe it. As I walked away, I decided to write this review; I had only left the shop about ten minutes prior. The inflexible rules left a bad aftertaste, and the customer service was quite disappointing for such a good brand! I am writing this to let people know that you cannot exchange items once payment has been made, so do take note. However, I must say that the cookies in the small cans are still delicious, and I will still return. It would have been perfect if their customer service gave premium service in tandem with their premium brand.
