One of the shop staff seemed to be watching my movements as if I was going to steal one of the boxes of mascarpone. He seemed to be making sure that no items were missing—not like he was waiting to greet me. But the milk ice cream and cheesecake were pretty good; the mascarpone was ok.

I had a Cow Cow Sundae (twist). The cup looked quite small at first, but it was actually quite a lot, especially with the toppings. The cheesecake was my favorite part, deliciously dense yet creamy and soft. The ice cream was nice too, and though I didn't feel that the taste was very strong, it went really well with the rest of the dessert.

Very good cheese cookies. Now available here. They come in four flavors. I prefer the porcini and gouda cookie because it's on the savory side. The original is not bad. The other two are sweeter. You can get a discount if you buy more. Service is good.

Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory at Raffles City B1-73. The best of the best ice cream and a fantastic display of their products. Really enjoyed having ice cream and admiring the display items. Have tried all the flavours, cookies, and cheese.👍👍👍

Always a fan of their biscuits and puffs. First time trying their ice cream — I got the original for $4 in a cup. It took the server some time to struggle with the ice cream machine, which turned out to be either faulty or not ready. When she handed me the ice cream, she said it was a little soft and if I didn't want it, I could change it for the more expensive cheese ice cream. To me, it looked fine as I had nothing else to compare it with, and I didn't want to trouble her, especially since there was a queue, so I accepted the cup. It turned out it was actually less solid than I had thought. I saw the next few cups going out and the swirl was much higher and extremely solid. I felt that if the ice cream wasn't ready, she shouldn't have accepted my order. In any case, I accepted the cup, so I bore the responsibility. The ice cream tasted very good and rich, though, like a smoothie, given its melted texture.

Received as a gift, and it's quite addictive. It's not too milky, coming from someone who doesn't drink milk. Both flavours—Salt & Camembert and Honey & Gorgonzola—were good, but I personally prefer the latter. Great as a gift!

My rating is more accurately 4.7. I've been dying to try their soft serve forever and finally caved. It was milky enough for me, and mind you, I'm somewhat sensitive to dairy products. I liked the creamy texture and that it wasn't too sweet. The ultimate would be to have this in a cone, but I got the cup option this time as a start. Let's see when I let myself indulge again. Update: Definitely get the cone! It's the best.

It's like there are 30 pieces, and they get exhausted quickly. Good for personal consumption, as well as for gifts. For the ice cream, I only recommend the milk, not the cheese. And the ice cream portion, maybe two people can share one cup.

My wife and I always love the milk ice cream here, which is so rich and smooth. We were thrilled that our toddler chose this ice cream and loved it too! 🍦 GrabPay is also an option here, which is a big plus for me. The staff here are always friendly. Thank you! 🙏🏻

June 2025 Expensive cheese ice cream. Somehow a lot of people love their cheese cookies. Tastes good regardless, just costly.
