Located in the basement of Raffles City, this little shop serves the famous Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory. It has two counters, one on each side of the lane. There are many flavors, but the original remains the all-time favorite. The milk has a rich flavor and tastes great. The cookies are an excellent pairing with your tea or coffee. Must try! There are several outlets in major shopping centers.

First time trying their soft serve here. Ordered the milk and cheese flavour mix. It exceeded expectations. The soft serve was milky and smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness—not icy at all. Highly recommend!

I had to buy something after seeing how yummy all the displays looked. Their ice cream is super tasty, and they gave us free chocolate with our cookie purchase!

Ordered Cowcow Milk in a cone and milk pie. The ice cream was super soft and not too sweet. I really like it since I'm not a sweet tooth. Will try other menus when I'm around.

I tried the Cow Cow Milk ice cream and added on a cookie. The ice cream's taste was very balanced, and its texture was so smooth. For $4.80, I would say the portion was good. I will definitely go back and try other flavors.
