[I will not purchase from this store again]
Now I understand why some reviews about this store were negative.
I bought a pair of blue jeans, and after a few hours, I visited the store again to get a refund for that item. However, they refused it because I didn't have a physical receipt. I told them the purchase had happened only two hours ago, that I hadn't even removed the price tag from the item, and asked if they could find the receipt in their POS system. But the staff said that their POS system doesn't keep store receipts or purchase records. It felt like they were not being honest, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
So I raised the issue with their customer service and asked, "Which POS system in the world doesn't keep purchase records?" Their response was unclear about whether their POS system actually keeps purchase records. They only said that it's not possible to reissue a physical receipt from their system. Even though it was obvious I had purchased the item from their store and the price tag was still attached, they insisted they couldn't process a refund without the original physical receipt.
If you don't want to have an experience like this, please avoid shopping at this store or make sure to keep your physical receipt for a few months.

This review is about poor service. It was in this shop that I first achieved invisibility. Staff member Cia Ling managed to make me feel totally invisible, serving everyone but me, even though I was standing right in front of her carrying a baby. When I finally got her attention, she gave 50% effort, and I had to ask another staff member for help.
Cia Ling looks like a hard worker, but is too busy for customer service, even in a service setting.

I just want to give a big shoutout to one of the staff at Urban Revivo—she was super helpful, friendly, and really went the extra mile to make my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. What really impressed me was how well she could communicate in both English and Chinese, making it so much easier for different customers to interact with her.
She patiently helped me check out and apply the coupons, making sure I got the best deal for every $130 spent. Not only that, but she also took the time to arrange my clothes properly so that everything was neat and easy to handle. It’s not often you come across such dedicated and attentive service, and I really appreciate her effort.
I’ve been shopping at Urban Revivo for a long time, and I must say, experiences like this are what keep me coming back. Good service makes all the difference, and this staff member truly set the standard high. If Urban Revivo has an employee of the month, she definitely deserves it!
