I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I purchased items at full price, only to find out right after payment that they would be on sale the next day. The staff did not inform me about the upcoming discount, even though it would have significantly affected my decision. To make matters worse, they have a strict no-refund policy, so I couldn’t return the items or benefit from the sale price.
When I raised my concerns, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. This lack of transparency and poor customer service reflects badly on the store. I would not recommend shopping here unless they improve their policies and train their staff to treat customers with respect.

I was trying on clothes in the men's dressing room around 5:20-5:30 PM on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024. My wife was waiting outside the dressing room for me. A staff member, a lady with long hair and glasses, then approached my wife and told her she should wait outside. My wife complied and went out, but informed the staff member that there was another lady in Room 3 (the middle room, with a man). The staff member ignored her response. Once I had changed, I told the staff member again about this. She responded, saying she would inform other staff. She kept staring at us as we walked away. How rude!
I understand it is a policy to ensure everyone's safety by not allowing opposite genders in the dressing room. However, she completely ignored us when we pointed out that a male guest was in the dressing room with a lady. This was a very disappointing experience and demonstrated poor customer service, marked by ignorant and amateur problem-solving skills.

Urban Revivo's quality has truly decreased over the years, while the brand still retains an above-average price tag.
Sizing isn't consistent, and stitching and lines aren't neat (see pictures). For the price, I wish they used YKK zips.
Changing rooms are all right, but not the nicest. Give a pass on the shoes and bags; they're screaming fast fashion Shein/H&M in quality (and prices are ridiculous).

Now I understand why some reviews about this store were negative.
I bought a pair of blue jeans, and after a few hours, I visited the store again to get a refund for that item. However, they refused it because I didn't have a physical receipt. I told them the purchase had happened only two hours ago, that I hadn't even removed the price tag from the item, and asked if they could find the receipt in their POS system. But the staff said that their POS system doesn't keep store receipts or purchase records. It felt like they were not being honest, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
So I raised the issue with their customer service and asked, "Which POS system in the world doesn't keep purchase records?" Their response was unclear about whether their POS system actually keeps purchase records. They only said that it's not possible to reissue a physical receipt from their system. Even though it was obvious I had purchased the item from their store and the price tag was still attached, they insisted they couldn't process a refund without the original physical receipt.
If you don't want to have an experience like this, please avoid shopping at this store or make sure to keep your physical receipt for a few months.

This review is about poor service. It was in this shop that I first achieved invisibility. Staff member Cia Ling managed to make me feel totally invisible, serving everyone but me, even though I was standing right in front of her carrying a baby. When I finally got her attention, she gave 50% effort, and I had to ask another staff member for help.
Cia Ling looks like a hard worker, but is too busy for customer service, even in a service setting.

I really enjoyed shopping for clothes at Urban Revivo Raffles City outlet. I was able to take my own sweet time walking around freely in the store. I liked that no one followed me around. There were plenty of fitting rooms. A staff member was helping to quickly remove hangers for customers trying on clothes; another was putting clothes back onto the hangers. They were very efficient. The store was neat. The payment counter was spotless, managed by an equally efficient staff member; she helped check for a new piece which was brought to her very quickly. There were clothes for different seasons and occasions, for both men and women. Will definitely be back again.
