Last time I went there, the staff was not very nice. Her name is Yuki, and she was really giving a bad attitude and service towards me and my friends. Maybe she thinks that we are only students who will not purchase the products (so my friends and I felt that she looked down on us). Ever since we arrived, she did not even try to greet us or promote the products at all. She kept staring at us until I asked her how many shades they had for the products. And when I tried the products, she kept checking my friends, wondering what they were doing (she seemed to think they would steal the products). At that time, I tried to give her a chance and still tried to be patient, thinking maybe she was having a bad day, but for me, it was a really bad experience. I hope everyone who comes does not have the same bad experience. I even tried to remember the staff's names (it’s really bad when the staff even looks down on you). I hope they can improve. 🙏🏻

We were served by Caren Kok. She was very friendly and helpful! She explained things to us very clearly and gave a lot of information. She also packaged our things very nicely, thank you!! ❤️

I went there today (July 4th, 2025) at around 21:30 - 21:40. I went to the LE VESTIAIRE DES PARFUMS section to try some scents. There were two customers with a sales staff member (wearing a leather jacket). I had no intention of bothering her, as I knew she was busy with her customer. When I reached out to try one of the testers, she angrily told me she would do it for me. I told her nicely it was alright, but she insisted rather rudely and showed an attitude while spraying the scent for me.
When I asked her how much the fragrance was, she eyeballed me from top to toe and turned her back while answering me, as if I were a beggar who had stumbled into the wrong store.
This was my first time (and my last) visiting YSL Beauty. I will continue to stick to Chanel (I'm a VIP client there) and Dior. They provide much better service.
Such a shame, as I was about to buy two 90ml bottles of Black Opium Over Red for myself and my mom. I will not contribute to such horrendous service.

Was served by a cute lady, Carris. She was absolutely diligent, attentive, and helpful! She was also very patient with me as I took my time picking the perfect lip shade. Despite it being close to closing time, she was still very professional. Keep up the good work! And thank you! ❤️

Went to Raffle City to get a foundation.
YSL was not my first choice.
But after being served by Yuki, I ended up getting 4 items besides the foundation.
She was really friendly and gave helpful recommendations without being pushy.
I was matched with the perfect foundation shade and introduced to some amazing products like lipstick, blusher, and compact powder.
