I just purchased a lipstick from the store. The service was very good, but I just noticed that the manufacture date is January 2022. The product also states a shelf life of 24 months after opening. I called the store and was told that it expires in January 2025. This means my lipstick now has only 9 months of shelf life remaining, which honestly doesn't make sense. Please be careful when making a purchase, and at least check the manufacture date (MFG). A lesson learned for me.

Last time I went there, the staff was not very nice. Her name is Yuki, and she was really giving a bad attitude and service towards me and my friends. Maybe she thinks that we are only students who will not purchase the products (so my friends and I felt that she looked down on us). Ever since we arrived, she did not even try to greet us or promote the products at all. She kept staring at us until I asked her how many shades they had for the products. And when I tried the products, she kept checking my friends, wondering what they were doing (she seemed to think they would steal the products). At that time, I tried to give her a chance and still tried to be patient, thinking maybe she was having a bad day, but for me, it was a really bad experience. I hope everyone who comes does not have the same bad experience. I even tried to remember the staff's names (it’s really bad when the staff even looks down on you). I hope they can improve. 🙏🏻

I went there today (July 4th, 2025) at around 21:30 - 21:40. I went to the LE VESTIAIRE DES PARFUMS section to try some scents. There were two customers with a sales staff member (wearing a leather jacket). I had no intention of bothering her, as I knew she was busy with her customer. When I reached out to try one of the testers, she angrily told me she would do it for me. I told her nicely it was alright, but she insisted rather rudely and showed an attitude while spraying the scent for me.
When I asked her how much the fragrance was, she eyeballed me from top to toe and turned her back while answering me, as if I were a beggar who had stumbled into the wrong store.
This was my first time (and my last) visiting YSL Beauty. I will continue to stick to Chanel (I'm a VIP client there) and Dior. They provide much better service.
Such a shame, as I was about to buy two 90ml bottles of Black Opium Over Red for myself and my mom. I will not contribute to such horrendous service.

I went to this outlet this afternoon at around 4pm. The only sales girl at the store was very helpful. I couldn't remember what shade of foundation I was using, and she couldn't check it in the system because I didn't purchase that in Singapore.
I really needed to write this review because she is very professional and helpful. I asked her for a lipstick and foundation.
It turns out that the foundation is exactly the shade I am using, and the lipstick colour fit just right (since we were not allowed to try during COVID, I was quite concerned with getting colours that didn't fit well).
I did not manage to get her name, but would like to let her know I do appreciate her service! Thank you!

I am impressed with the engraving services for the perfume bottles and the various designs on the cushion cover. The shop is brightly decorated with a touch of sophistication. Most importantly, the sales staff is cheerful and helpful. Shoppers are entitled to Capita Star points, so do remember to accumulate the points with your purchases here.
