As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the online sales and operations of the Company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, attract customers, and maximize revenue through various e-commerce channels.
Your primary focus will be on driving sales, increasing customer engagement, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the E-Commerce Marketing Manager in the management and optimizing the performance of The Providore’s portfolio of internal and 3rd party E-Commerce platforms, including website design and user experience, as well as ensuring product listing, pricing, promotion, and inventory are up to date
- Support the development and execution of E-Commerce strategies and plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Identify market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors' activities to inform business decisions and improve the online customer experience journey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Operations, Retail, and Warehouse, to deliver a seamless, integrated E-Commerce experience and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze E-Commerce metrics and data, such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, customer retention, ROI, and report insights and recommendations to the Management team
- Stay up to date with industry developments, technology advancements, and regulatory changes related to E-Commerce, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as marketplaces, systems providers, and agencies, to expand the E-Commerce business and improve the ecosystem
- Provide excellent customer service to E-Commerce customers, including responding to inquiries, complaints, and feedback via various channels in a timely and professional manner
- Any other skill development or ad-hoc task as assigned
