I'm not sure if I'm writing this for the right location, but I visited the outlet today at One Raffles Place. The guy who took my order was nice, but there was another girl who was just handing out orders to people. She had a different attitude when she was handing out an order to a customer in front of me who obviously looked like a local, but her tone and attitude completely changed when she was handing out my order. On a constructive note, it would be great if the lady would change her attitude in the future, considering Singapore is a touristy place.

I ordered Ovaltine with pearl but got aloe vera instead. I only realised it when I got home, which was very disappointing. The baristas were chitchatting loudly, which was probably why they messed up my order.

One of my orders was keyed in wrongly; that's fine. It must have been a miscommunication. What I cannot accept, however, is that when I just wanted to reconfirm my order with the staff member who made my drink, she rudely replied, “There, that one got milk, ah.” Yes, obviously I can see that, but I thought I ordered two milk teas. There was no need to be rude.

I went to Koi at Raffles City around 5 PM today to buy bubble tea. I ordered three cups of Orh Nee plus Fresh Milk for $18.90. I was in a rush and didn't check the drinks, but later, I found that one of them was just a regular Milk Teh, which costs $4.00.
So I walked 20 minutes back to the store to tell the staff. I said “Hi” to the lady, but she ignored me. I said “Hi” again, and she just looked up with her eyes without lifting her head.
I told her I ordered three Orh Nee plus Fresh Milk, but one was wrong. She replied, “So what do you want now?” I said I wanted to change it to the correct drink. She said “Okay” and handed me the right one from her counter.
This means she knew it was wrong, but didn't say sorry or even look at me properly. Her attitude was really bad. (She was a bit chubby, not very tall, and had dark eye circles.)

I came intending to order my regular honey green tea, but was disappointed to find they now only offer wildflower honey. The new honey was noticeably less sweet, which I was told was to meet a “lower sugar” standard. Unfortunately, it just didn’t taste the same. On top of that, they’ve increased the price, which I feel isn’t justified given the change in taste and overall experience.
Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back for this drink again.

"I had a great experience at KOI Thé Express @ Raffles City. Despite the restrictions on using a stupid voucher by FoodLine, the manager, Jerry, and staff were extremely accommodating. They went above and beyond to assist with my request for drinks and ensured everything was handled smoothly. The staff were also very friendly and always courteous, making the visit even more enjoyable. Excellent service overall—I’ll definitely be back!"

The usual quality from KOI and its outlets. I always found the tea taste here milder than I'd like, but I can see how it can cater to the preferences of some people. No queue here when I went, and service was prompt even without a self-ordering kiosk.

When in Singapore, you must get to Raffles. We went before the first Gardens by the Bay light show started. This way, there was no queue. It was a great experience throwing the nutshells on the floor; it's acceptable there. The Singapore Sling was great; I had two in the end. The Sling isn't cheap, but entry to Raffles is free.
