Everyone knows this, and the price is the same as the Chinatown branch. I purchased it twice. Once it was sealed, and the other time I requested it to be sealed, but I only received a sealed plastic packaging, and was told to take care of it. The quality of service is a bit disappointing.

I went to this store today to enjoy Applewood bakkwa, which was very delicious. The staff were enthusiastic.

Lovely customer experience, and the sliced pork was heavenly. The lady who served me was wonderfully patient and wrapped my purchase beautifully.

I visited this shop on the afternoon of January 24th. I bought one 1kg packet and two 500g packets of sliced pork bak kwa. The next morning, I brought all the bak kwa back to my office and distributed it to my colleagues as a treat. Two weeks later, one of my colleagues told me that they found the bak kwa was moldy when they opened it on January 25th. I checked with my other colleagues who had the 500g packets, and they also found it moldy. The 1kg packet did not have this issue. My colleagues did not dare to provide feedback to me immediately when they found the bak kwa moldy, as they felt it would be impolite to do so. I felt very bad that my colleagues received moldy bak kwa that I had intended as a treat. I hope Bee Cheng Hiang needs to review their packaging, as only the 500g packets had this mold issue immediately the next day.

On November 5th at 9 PM, I visited this store. There was one young male staff member standing at the storefront while we waited to be served. I approached him and asked if the store was closed, as he was just standing there and didn't even bother to ask if we needed anything. He proceeded to tell me he did not speak English. Seriously, are you kidding me?! I was in a rush and didn't have time to pursue it further. I know it was close to your closing time, but this is not how you treat a customer. I would give zero stars to this store if I could.
