The sales staff I met lack patience and basic courtesy. When you ask a question, such as how a discount applies to two selected items, don't expect a direct answer. Instead, you're more likely to hear something like, "get two more items." It is very frustrating to shop in this branch. First, please be clear about the labels so customers don't have to ask basic questions. And please educate your staff to provide service, not attitudes.

Visited Raffles City outlet today (4/5/25) around 9:30 PM and was looking for a gift, but saw no staff approaching after stepping into the store. When I walked past a male staff member whose name tag read 'Kenzo,' he didn't even bother to ask anything. I don't think he would miss me when I was just passing by in front, yet no concern was shown by the staff. Of course, I know it was about closing time. However, if the store is still open, isn't it right for customers to still shop and be served?

Although his responses were framed politely, his facial expressions and tone conveyed a sense of irritation and impatience that was hard to ignore. As a customer, I value clear and helpful communication, especially when I’m making inquiries to better understand the products I’m considering purchasing. Unfortunately, the staff’s demeanor detracted from what could have been a positive shopping experience. Their politeness felt superficial, as their body language and vocal tone contradicted their words. A forced smile or curt responses only emphasized their reluctance to engage. This not only made me feel unwelcome but also discouraged me from seeking further clarification or assistance. Customer service plays a crucial role in shaping the overall experience, and the behavior I encountered here left me with a negative impression of the store. Shopping should feel comfortable and enjoyable, but this experience was far from that. I hope the management addresses these issues and provides better training to their staff to ensure a more pleasant and professional environment for customers in the future.

In a sea of retail stores at **Raffles City** where customer service is non-existent in some stores, I applaud the service here at Calvin Klein where the staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. I bought polo-shirts for my dad and husband for **Father's Day**, and required a size exchange subsequently, which was dealt with so professionally and seamlessly. Appreciate Kenzo Wong, Siew Qi and Shamani for the consistently great service, all 3 times I walked into this store **in** the last 10 days.

I often shop at CK Raffles City because it is more organized and peaceful. A staff member named Kenzo was very helpful when I was looking for a matching T-shirt for my jeans. He seemed to understand what clothes I wanted as he patiently showed me other options to match my jeans. Judging by Kenzo's clothes, he has a good fashion sense.
