In a sea of retail stores at **Raffles City** where customer service is non-existent in some stores, I applaud the service here at Calvin Klein where the staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. I bought polo-shirts for my dad and husband for **Father's Day**, and required a size exchange subsequently, which was dealt with so professionally and seamlessly. Appreciate Kenzo Wong, Siew Qi and Shamani for the consistently great service, all 3 times I walked into this store **in** the last 10 days.

The sales staff I met lack patience and basic courtesy. When you ask a question, such as how a discount applies to two selected items, don't expect a direct answer. Instead, you're more likely to hear something like, "get two more items." It is very frustrating to shop in this branch.
First, please be clear about the labels so customers don't have to ask basic questions.
And please educate your staff to provide service, not attitudes.

I often shop at CK Raffles City because it is more organized and peaceful. A staff member named Kenzo was very helpful when I was looking for a matching T-shirt for my jeans. He seemed to understand what clothes I wanted as he patiently showed me other options to match my jeans. Judging by Kenzo's clothes, he has a good fashion sense.
