Visited Raffles City outlet today (4/5/25) around 9:30 PM and was looking for a gift, but saw no staff approaching after stepping into the store. When I walked past a male staff member whose name tag read 'Kenzo,' he didn't even bother to ask anything. I don't think he would miss me when I was just passing by in front, yet no concern was shown by the staff. Of course, I know it was about closing time. However, if the store is still open, isn't it right for customers to still shop and be served?

Great experience with Kenzo offering advice and being patient and helpful as my wife tried on the jeans. Kenzo was also very friendly and polite. Will look for him next time.

Here's the edited review: I love shopping here. The service staff are very kind and enthusiastic. Again, the positive help and the sharing of various styles made my shopping experience very pleasant. Kenzo was very professional and introduced clothing styles that fit me very well. I really like the shopping environment here, and it is very comfortable. When interacting with a male staff member at this store, I noticed a lack of patience when I asked for additional information about the items. Although his responses were framed politely, his facial expressions and tone conveyed a sense of irritation and impatience that was hard to ignore. As a customer, I value clear and helpful communication, especially when I’m making inquiries to better understand the products I’m considering purchasing. Unfortunately, the staff’s demeanor detracted from what could have been a positive shopping experience. Their politeness felt superficial, as their body language and vocal tone contradicted their words. A forced smile or curt responses only emphasized their reluctance to engage. This not only made me feel unwelcome but also discouraged me from seeking further clarification or assistance. Customer service plays a crucial role in shaping the overall experience, and the behavior I encountered here left me with a negative impression of the store. Shopping should feel comfortable and enjoyable, but this experience was far from that. I hope the management addresses these issues and provides better training to their staff to ensure a more pleasant and professional environment for customers in the future.
