My experience with staff member Nayum Elleya was disappointing. The service was inattentive and rude. I cannot endorse this establishment given such treatment, and they won't be getting my money.

Yesterday, I went to buy some makeup, and the staff there were not friendly and didn't make me feel welcome. Bad service. I won't go there anymore. Ion Orchard and BHG Bugis, their customer service is the best.

Shane from Chanel at Raffles City Shopping Centre was really pleasant! I usually receive very nonchalant service from Chanel staff. But Shane was really nice. When choosing a new foundation product, he was able to identify my skin tone accurately even before testing it (which is really rare for any foundation I purchase). The service was quick and straightforward. Thanks Shane! (Visit was on 12/11/21)

Thank you Abbey from Raffles City. I have encountered pushy and sometimes snobbish salespeople from the brand, but Abbey is definitely not one of them. You can tell when service from a salesperson is rendered from the heart, and that is how she made me feel. Awesome service!

On 8 Aug 2024, I visited the Chanel store at Raffles City to purchase a gift, and the service was exceptional. Jasling assisted me with great professionalism, explaining various offerings and available refill options. She thoughtfully wrapped the gift with ribbons, included a well-wishes card, and even added some samples for me after consulting on my preferences. Her knowledge of the POS system made the transaction smooth and seamless, including the crediting of my CapitaLand STAR$ points.
