I want to commend the staff for their excellent customer service. I bought a bag online but wanted to lengthen the strap by adding an extra hole. Went to the shop at Raffles City. The staff member who assisted me with my request was careful to inform me that the hole punched using a hand punch might be different from those done by a machine, which was fine with me. He proceeded to assist me after he had completed assisting another customer. He checked the hole punch size and carefully measured the distance between the holes before adding another hole on the strap. When he returned the strap to me, the new hole looked exactly like the others done by machine. I appreciate his effort to thoroughly check and execute the request with precision, all while promptly attending to other in-store customers. Thank you.

I just had a very pleasant service at the store. Attended by Harry, who was friendly and helpful. He recommended heel grips for my shoes, which were slightly loose. Not only that, he fixed them for me and went that extra mile to wax the shoes' heels to make them more comfortable to wear. Thank you so much, Harry, for that awesome service. It really made my day. 👍🙏

Yesterday, I was looking for high heels and visited a few stores. I first went to two stores at Citilink, but I didn’t feel comfortable at all. One of the staff members stared at me, and when I asked if they had other colors, she replied, “Your eyes cannot see ya?” — I felt hurt and decided to simply say thank you and walk away. Then I came to Charles & Keith at Raffles City, and everything felt different, in a good way. The store looked really nice and clean, and the vibe was much more friendly. There were three staff members there, and one male staff member (he said he’s from Indonesia; I forgot to ask his name) helped me. He was super kind and helpful. He brought me the size I wanted and helped adjust the slingback strap on the heels I was trying on. I was confused and took a long time to decide, but he never rushed me or made me feel bad. He just smiled and said, “Take your time.” After I finally made my choice, he helped me with the payment, double-checked the size, and made sure everything was okay. He even showed me the shoes one more time before packing them. I really felt taken care of. Thank you for such a warm experience. I didn’t expect that such a small kindness would mean so much to me, but it really did. I hope this staff member can be appreciated by the company, because his kindness truly reflects the brand. I left the store feeling happy and respected. Thank you so much. 🖤
